Denis, my uncle, was to be the one to find me to make it easier on my parents, ideation, action and motion towards hanging attempt. I consider this a form of assassination attempt through criminal harassment and technology, sound technology.

2003: SQ informed of my belief in the death of Celine Hardy.
2004: SQ accusation of criminal mischief. [CR]

A criminal record could have resulted in the loss of my employment and possibly my disability benefits linked to psychiatric care due to out sourcing IT firm employment requirement demand.
2007: Start of high levels of sleep deprivation through Sound Technology.
2007: Death of Dr Rene Acade, heart attack.
- Celine his assistant has a look of fear when she tells me.

2008: Several complaints against Doctors.
- I’m told that high levels of stress and sleep deprivation have no effect on the heart and muscles by different doctors and a cardiologist.

- The RCMP do not know Dave Dumont or Dave Dumont has ceased to exist.
- If I wish to file a criminal complaint it must be done at the local Police dept.
2009: Criminal compliant filed at Laval PDQ 5 against Dave Dumont a former RCMP member.
- Impression Laval PDQ 5 wants to proceed with a charge of criminal mischief like SQ 2004.[CR PDQ5]
- Asked to speak to a psycho-social Laval a social worker with links to psychiatry.
- Spoke to social worker.
- Asked to speak to social worker again by Laval PDQ 5.
Dave Dumont RCMP would know who the SQ officer on the pool side with Stephan Hardy was.
2009: Call from someone identifying themselves as an RCMP member, “his behavior is not normal” “could he kill a person” “is he dangerous”.
- Complaint to the RCMP concerning a member using psychiatry as a threat.
2009: Drunk driving alcohol test and speeding ticket.
- Negative on alcohol test.
- Paper work related to alcohol test ceased to exist after the demand for it linked to my defense.
- Claims that radar was used but radar was not used and dismissed in court, found guilty of speeding violation.
A drunk driving conviction in 2009 would result in eliminating a driving permit linked to mobility and a criminal record would result in being identified or of part of the criminal system.[CR]
- Moved to new apt. in Laval near Laval Police dept. PDQ 3.
2009: Result of RCMP complaint investigation, no member of RCMP called.
- Criminal complaint at Laval police dept. PDQ 3 for someone impersonating an RCMP member.
- Asked to speak to the same social worker psycho-social Laval, a social worker with links to psychiatry.[CR PDQ5]
2009: Complaint to the Quebec Police deontology for Laval police dept. PDQ 3 not accepting my criminal complaint for someone impersonating an RCMP member.
- Quebec Police deontology see no human rights violation or discrimination.
- Quebec Human Rights Commission see no human rights violation or discrimination, advised to persist with the police.
Persisting would result in a charge of criminal mischief.[CR]
2010: Powerful Microwave attack at apt. in Laval.
2010: Ongoing daily Microwave attacks at apt. in Laval.
- Research for detection methods and shielding ongoing.
Law enforcement still do not recognize the existence of criminal psychological harassment networks and their use of technology such as the sound technology used for sleep deprivation and the microwave technology linked to powerful radar or telecommunication equipment, and cancer linked to intimidation, homelessness out of fear, and a form of invisible assassination.
No complaint filed linked to the restriction of Police services and protection, linked to the other previous criminal complaints that were not accepted, the lack of recognition of the existence of these, and Police procedures.
Assassination Attempts:
1: Depression, purposelessness, suicidal ideation and view on reality manipulation and influence, people hateful towards me, isolation, no future, stuck, trapped, repetitive suggestion, instructions, actions, hanging attempt missed.
2: High levels of sleep deprivation leads to acid-base imbalance and lack of repair, stroke and heart disease.

- Provocation and adrenaline.
- Insinuations that I was going to have a stroke or heart attack.

The body taking large doses of microwave radiation and not recovering or healing through sleep deprivation.

One Conclusion:
I know for a fact that a person can be pushed to suicide intentionally through planning and psychological manipulation and this should be of great interest to psychiatrists and psychologists, and law enforcement too.
Example, Megan Meier and possibly Health Ledger.
The need to recognize the existence of workplace psychological harassment used to eliminate a person’s means of subsistence and the existence of criminal psychological harassment networks along with their use of technology with links to invisible forms of assassination.
Mobbing in Modern Society
Criminal Records:
Criminal records can be linked to smear campaigns, getting someone dirty, getting someone into a criminal system, obvious corruption and intentional hardship, travelling restrictions, and eliminating a person's means of subsistence.

Dark sarcasm and negativity:
Obvious corruption and the intentional cause of hardship can be linked to:

- Threats of being framed to silence victims and to prevent exposure.
Visibility:
Refusing criminal complaints can be linked to:
- The invisibility of mobbing in modern society.
- Corruption and intentional hardship.
Visibility and Motive:
Similar to criminal complaints that are not accepted, people ceasing to exist or who disappear can be linked to the invisibility of mobbing in modern society.
Stephan Hardy and Dave Dumont have ceased to exist or disappeared linked to the motive.
