2) Put provisions in law that gives examiner doctors who handle these complaints a certain immunity, linked to good faith/bad faith.

3) The medical examiner acts to protect the doctor who a complaint has been filed against, linked to bad faith.

4) In court the medical examiner has a certain immunity linked to good faith/bad faith.

5) No matter how bad or obvious the bad faith is it's the judge’s call.

6) The obvious actions of bad faith of the medical examiner to protect the doctor and proof are cut away by the judge in civil law suits.

7) Once the proof is cut away, opposition lawyers can act to increase costs to the demander or victim of malpractice.

8) The complaint process system that is put in place and the documents created, linked to a good administrative intentioned front, by the medical examiner and other doctors linked to the strong monopoly are used by the defendant and to support the doctor accused of malpractice, further weaken the demander’s case.

9) The result is that it sends out a message to other lawyers and the general population that law suits are expensive and your chances to obtain justice or damages are very little.

10) The promotion of a strong monopoly of doctors that protect doctors, and with outside help too, is also very important.

11) Doctors must also act not only to protect themselves but any secrets regarding knowledge used against society or this kind of system.

Avatar is not an “anti-Capitalism” movie.



It’s a movie about a corporation and people who don’t care about anything including other intelligent species but their profit line.



Those who would claim this movie to be an anti-Capitalism movie create the wrong perception about Capitalism.



There are good people, bad people, good corporations, bad corporations, good politicians, and bad politicians. Politicians that cater to special interest groups for political gain and power and let corporations destroy or poison the environment are the ones responsible for the environmental destruction or deaths. The environmental destruction or deaths have more to do with regulations or planning then Capitalism, Socialism, or Communism.



Here is a science fiction example:



In the far distant future a planet could be created through Capitalism and sold that looks like the planet in the movie Avatar.

The banks and financial institutions received huge bailouts 20 – 30 + billion each but the small business owners did not receive any bailouts.

The Obama administration plans on helping small business owners get the loans and credit they need to hire staff and employees which would create jobs but the Republicans still oppose the plan.

Donald Trump: Banks not Lending or Don't Want to Lend

Donald Trump speaks to CNN and states that the banks are not lending or don't want to lend but he does not know why.



1- The reasons or motives maybe based on politics given the fact that the Obama administration has been critical of Wall Street and their bonuses.



2- The Obama administration has also been critical of the banks and wanting them to pay a fee to the tax payer for the help or rescue they received from the tax payer.



3- Not lending slows down the economic recovery and the Republicans have been attempting to slow down the U.S. economic recovery to blame economic hardship on the Democrats.



4- The Obama administration wants to regulate the financial institutions to boost confidence in these institutions and prevent future collapses.



It adds up to conflict between the Wall Street Banks and the Obama administration along with support for the Republicans who helped Wall Street make record profits at the tax payers expense.



A let's get the banks attitude due to their actions is not what is needed but solutions and as Donald Trump, someone familier with making money and economics put it, incentives are needed.

One of the major factors that lead to the distrust in financial institutions was the lack of regulations and how they all "suddenly" began to collapse, due to the lack of regulations.



The lack of regulations allowed U.S. banks to use derivatives formulas to over-leverage themselves from a factor of x10 to x32 the required capital.



The distrust and lack of confidence in these financial institutions results in reduced or a lack of needed investments.



The Republicans who advocate deregulation have continued to stand in the way of financial institution regulations, slowing down the U.S. economic recovery in the process.

Pharmaceutical Corporations for example may increase their profits from a sicker and unhealthy general U.S. population that need their products.

Oil Corporations may increase their profits from the control and use of oil resulting in environmental destruction, deteriorating general population health, and even endangering the human species.

It is the business they are in, linked to profit incentives, striving for more profit, continued use, and existence.

Corporations

Corporations are for profit organizations and this is not greed. The problem is with those who let special interest groups or corporations do anything they want for political gain and power.
