I found myself in a position where I would have to prove that I caused the death of Celine Hardy to be found not guilty.



A criminal record could have resulted in the loss of my employment and possibly my disability benefits linked to psychiatric care due to out sourcing IT firm employment requirement demand.

2007: Start of high levels of sleep deprivation through Sound Technology.

2009: Criminal complaint filed at Laval PDQ 5 against Dave Dumont a former RCMP member.

- Asked to speak to a psycho-social Laval a social worker with links to psychiatry.

Dave Dumont RCMP would know who the SQ officer on the pool side with Stephan Hardy was.



2009: Criminal Harassment Network (step 2)

- I was informed by a Laval Police member that refering people who claim to be victim's of a criminal harassment network to psycho-social or psychiatry is a standard procedure.



2009: Sound Technology and Court Doctors Proceeding (video)

- A sharp piercing beeping in court at last court proceeding.

- Judge and staff do not know what is causing the beeping or its origins.

- It is similar to the sound technology used for criminal harassment and sleep deprivation.

2009: Call from someone identifying themselves as an RCMP member, “his behaviour is not normal” “could he kill a person” “is he dangerous”.
- Complaint to the RCMP concerning a member using psychiatry as a threat.



2009: Drunk driving alcohol test and speeding ticket.

- 2:00 am on a Saturday after leaving a club.

- Stopped after doing a stop at a red light and leaving while red, about 4 km away from club, several lights away, on another street.

- I'm told that I am stopped for leaving on the red light and speeding, I'm not told the speed.

- 2 squad cars, alcohol test, results 0.48, which is very low and negative result on drunk driving.

- I'm informed the police officer is doing me a favour by not impounding my car and will not give me a ticket for the red light.

- Speeding ticket given, 100 km/h in 50 km/h zone near club on another street, about 4 km away.



- Speeding ticket contested, request for drunk driving alcohol test paper work for court defence linked to a "fishing expedition" and no valid explanation for test, and the location of interception.



- Paper work denied given court proceeding, no proceeding that involve drunk driving, request for paper work, paper work ceases to exist.


- Court proceedings, prosecutor and police officer paper work claims radar was used, discussion on the radar, Judge claims obviously radar was not used, dismisses the radar evidence, found guilty for speeding.



A drunk driving conviction in 2009 would result in eliminating a driving permit linked to mobility and a criminal record would result in being identified as a criminal or of part of the criminal system.[CR]



Two speeding violations are required to impound a vehicle, which did not apply and the red light violation showed location of interception, which is far away, several traffic lights later and on another street. The request for alcohol test paper work would also show the location of interception.



The criminal record, which may be linked to a "fishing expedition" or setup, can be linked to getting someone "dirty" or smear campaigns, which is also part of mobbing in modern society.[CR]



Possible hitting back and obvious corruption linked to psychological negativity and dark sarcasm, which is linked to mobbing in modern society.



The high levels of sleep deprivation and eliminating a person's driving licences is linked to reduced mobility, which is linked to daily sound technology and microwave (radar) doses, and criminal harassment. A drunk driving conviction eliminates a driving license and so can the high number of points deductions from a high speed violation.

2010: Powerful Microwave attack at apt. in Laval.

- The voice of a former wife of a Laval police officer was used in sleep deprivation and in repetition, "is it clear", "clear". (extended period of time)



- The voice of the SQ homicide detective when I was accused of criminal mischief in 2004 when I reported the Celine and Stephen Hardy event was used to say "he's dead, is that clear". (once)



2010: Ongoing daily Microwave attacks at apt. in Laval.
- Research for detection methods and shielding ongoing.



2010: After a recent microwave attack at my apartment and renting a Dodge Grand Caravan 2010 at discount cars, the top of my head was numb and hot, and I had dizziness and nausea.



2010: Attempts to address the issue with Ministers is slow, Police services and protection in Laval are restricted, my elected member of Parliament has not responded yet similar to the Ministers, and a request for assistance from the SQ concerning daily microwave (radar) attacks linked to homelessness and cancer.

- Sent request to start procedures to file a Human Rights complaint, no response received.



2010: Attack on my psychological integrity, criminal harassment networks do not exist, organized crime do not use technology such as powerful microwave (radar) or it does not exist.

Assassination Attempts:

1: Depression, purposelessness, suicidal ideation and view on reality manipulation and influence, people hateful towards me, isolation, no future, stuck, trapped, repetitive suggestion, instructions, actions, hanging attempt missed.



I believe this was a form of planned and timed attack:

- From workplace psychological harassment leading to a loss of employment and the resulting psychological effects;

- To the knowledged of that I caused someone's death as a minor combined with ideation and Stephan's Hardy's voice;

- And external influence linked to making plans, steps and motion towards hanging attempt.



2: High levels of sleep deprivation leads to acid-base imbalance and lack of repair, stroke and heart disease.
- Sound technology.
- Provocation and adrenaline.
- Insinuations that I was going to have a stroke or heart attack.
- stroke and heart attack missed.



3: High levels of sleep deprivation and lack of repair.
- Acid-base imbalance.
- Provocation and adrenaline.
- Deplete and weaken the body.
- Microwave technology attack.
- Cancer and homelessness.
- Premature aging and possible cancer.



Assassination Mechanics:



The first assassination attempt deals with the use of suicide factors, depression, sound technology and psychological manipulation, and the voice of Stephan Hardy's as a psychological weapon to bring me "down".



The second and third assassination attempts deal with depleting the body of macrominerals and minerals such as potassium and calcium through high levels of stress, provocation and adrenaline, sleep deprivation, and acid-base imbalance, which is linked to heart disease and stroke, followed by a blast of powerful radiation, microwave (radar) radiation.



Both attempts are hard to prove and prosecute given their invisibility and the required knowledge.



Conclusion:

I know for a fact that a person can be pushed to suicide intentionally through planning and psychological manipulation and this should be of great interest to psychiatrists and psychologists, and law enforcement too.

The need to recognize the existence of workplace psychological harassment used to eliminate a person’s means of subsistence and the existence of criminal harassment networks along with their use of technology such as microwave (radar) linked to intimidation, cancer, and the sound technology linked to threats and sleep deprivation.



The pattern or series of steps to homelessness and "hitting" a victim with microwave technology when they are isolated, and their means of subsistence and finances are drained makes it harder for victims to expose this crime or protect themselves from it, add to this the fact that law enforcement deny the existence of these and the ridicule associated to microwave technology or its use to attack a victim's psychological integrity.



The ridicule can also be linked to victims of workplace psychological harassment and States/Provinces/Countries that use to deny its existence and those that still deny its existence.



Ridicule linked to workplace psychological harassment used to get rid of employees, criminal harassment networks used to get rid of people through heart disease and stroke (macromineral depletion strategy and sleep deprivation), homelessness, and cancer.



As times passes and with documentation, prevention and awareness, more people will recognize the existence of workplace psychological harassment and this pattern will most likely apply to criminal harassment networks and their use of technology.



How many victims have been assassinted through microwave technology linked to "cleaning" through cancer and have died unnoticed?



How many have died of cancer linked to an interest in suppressing cures for cancer, invisible "cleaning", something of importance to powerful forces does not work well with cures for cancer.



Well Hidden Human Rights Violations:



Criminal harassment networks or mobbing networks claim they "clean" the crimes of law enforcement members through the use of technology, homelessness, and cancer;



Law enforcement organizations claim they do not exist, and this is linked to crime or serious human rights violations that are well hidden in modern countries.



Assassination Technology linked to "Cleaning":



Sound technology for high levels of sleep deprivation linked to a lack of recovery and DNA rapair.



- HSS hyper sonic sound does exist and so does the hardware. It is ultra sound technology used to create sound at specific locations at great distances.



Microwave technology linked to radar and x-ray.



- Portable x-ray units placed directly beneath the floors of sleeping area or sitting positions, radar linked to lung irritation, swollen testicules, and leukemia.



The combination of the two are used linked to cell damage and physical damage and a lack of recovery and cell repair, which are linked to cancer.



Criminal Records:

Criminal records can be linked to smear campaigns, getting someone dirty, getting someone into a criminal system, obvious corruption and intentional hardship, travelling restrictions, and eliminating a person's means of subsistence.



Criminal records, which are linked to travel restrictions can also be linked to "trapping" a person in a country where organized crime uses homelessness and assassination to prevent exposure.

My Explaination of Psychiatric Ward:



Mobbing consists of the use of fear and honor to humiliate others.



- A victim is suppose to choose being a homosexual because fear being labelled a pedophile, resulting in humiliation at a later time through criminal harassment.



- A victim is suppose to choose hells angel because they are more powerful in Quebec, a psychological manipulation linked to you fearing the claim of choosing to be a hells angel.



Assassination Attempt 3 Details:



High levels of sleep deprivation combined with repetitive provocation and ambiguities through sound technology to weaken the brain, body, legs and mobility, to distract, confuse and make a victim "dizzy" followed by a powerful microwave attack.



The highly weakened physical and mental state due to high levels of sleep deprivation reduces response time to the powerful microwave attack, which increases the microwave radiation cancer risk factor.



Pattern and Steps linked to Homlessness and Assassination:



1) Eliminate a person's means of subsistence through workplace psychological harassment and create a psychiatric file to prevent a lawsuit.



- The psychiatric file can be linked to burnouts, depressions, paranoid ideas, ideas of persecution, hearing voices.



2) Criminal psychological harassment network to increase the attack on a victim's psychological integrity and credibility.

The microwave industry does not seem to want to provide any information regarding the effects of radar on the body, physical symptoms and effects, which seems to be linked to industrial secracy and there are several types of radar microwaves, which include wall and ground penetrating forms.



There is no cheap solution provided by the industry to detect these if people believe they are being attacked by these.



Some of the hardware provided is usually limited to detecting lower cell phone and wifi type microwaves or very high x-ray type microwaves.

My experience with microwave technology used for "cleaning" and criminal harassment:



- Microwave (radar) linked to blasting you, irritating the lungs, and swollen testicles. (leukemia)



- Microwave (x-ray) linked to portable x-ray units that can be placed below a victims sleeping area or sitting position in the apartment directly beneath. (well known cancer link to over exposure)



- Microwave (advanced) weapon type. Microwaves that are used to target areas of the body like the jaw, throat, head, and other parts of the body linked to intimidation and criminal harassment. (cancer type weapon)

Mobbing in Modern Society



Mobbing in modern society involves participants uniting to attack a person's psychological integrity and credibility, corruption or obvious corruption, and the use of homelessness as a weapon in modern countries.



A Strategy linked to Social Isolation:



This criminal harassment network uses a strategy of trapping people through psychological manipulation and deception in participating in a crime to use law enforcement as a threat, to create a vulnerability, to increase participation or the attack on the victim's psychological integrity, and to increase the pressure to silence a victim.

Rage Shootings and Rampages: The Death of Sgt. Russell and Jared Loughner



When I see rage shootings like Jared Loughner or rampages like this snowplow rampage I wonder if workplace psychological harassment or criminal harassment networks played a role in that tragedy.



Criminal Harassment Networks



Law enforcement organizations still deny the existence of these criminal harassment networks, which are linked to the use of technology to create false views on reality and torture, torture and false views on reality that can be linked to rage or a rampage, a form of hitting back.



One view on reality is that they "clean" the crimes committed by law enforcement members, which can be linked to the denial of their existence.



Hitting Back:



- A man blows up an FBI building.
- A man flies a plane into a government building.
- A man shoots 4 RCMP members.
- A homeless man snowplows a member of the police force.

I believe that many of these events are linked to workplace psychological harassment, school bullying, and criminal harassment networks that use smear campaigns, try to bankrupt or push victims to homelessness, and use sound technology and microwave technology, which is linked to cancer.



The sound technology is linked to sleep deprivation or torture, criminal harassment, psychological manipulation, and creating false views on reality through the use of voices linked to hitting back.



The possibility linked to the man who shot several women may not be obvious unless you experience sound technology and psychological manipulation, which is very often linked to honor and humiliation. So imagine the voices of women used for criminal harassment and sleep deprivation or toture with a view on reality that these women are trying to subjugate, enslave, or dominate you leading to this person hitting back.



Possible visible signs linked to the use of technology are that victims try to escape these by sleeping somewhere else, I believe Jared Loughner exhibited these signs or pattern.



Last Note:



The first assassination attempt through suicide factors, depression, sound technology and psychological manipulation is only linked to "cleaning" through assassination and homelessness. The view on reality linked to "turn" or "turn over" was not used.



One witness that was given instructions by Dave Dumont RCMP, Mrs. Bedard, has died of cancer.



The use of psychological and criminal harassment, microwave and sound technology, homelessness, PTSD 'making people "yellow"', and cancer by organized crime means organized crime has an interest in suppressing information, solutions, and cures for these.



Criminal harassment networks with links to using homelessness to "clean" and subjugation, rage shootings and rampages, and advocating disarming the population, which makes it more vulnerable to organized crime and subjugation.

Referring Victims of Criminal Harassment Networks to Social Workers and Psychiatry

In 2009 a Laval Police dept. member informed me that referring people who claimed to be victim's of criminal harassment networks to social workers or psychiatry was a standard procedure.

Some similarities between workplace psychological harassment and criminal harassment networks, both are dismissed to exist and both are used to get rid of people.

Mobbing Networks and Mobbing in Modern Society

The Universe and What We Don't See (Dark Matter) - (theory)

Dark matter theories consist of "we know there's something out there but we don't see it".

- The Universe consists of giant black holes that are neutron dense and evaporation (Hawking's), galaxy size evaporation.
- Energy and matter that is there but in flux or transition, evaporation or shredded, but we can't see it due to our limitations.
- Galaxies that can pop into existence linked to evaporation (Hawking's).

This means that there are large ocean like currents of matter or energy in a state that we can not see moving in different directions where they later recombine and pop back into existence, energy/matter and recombination/recreation, a form that we can see as a new Galaxy.

Jerusalem and an Idea for Peace

One idea for peace would be to make Jerusalem the first United Nations City for Peace.

- Through out the ages this city has been fought for linked to religion, so much death and pain instead of something that is supposed to unite us in peace.
- Who would fight over a city that belongs to the international community and who would attack it, a city to unite us towards peace.

Atheists vs. Science and Logic: We Are God

Replacing v with the speed of light c works out mathematically but they do not know why, it is based on observation and mathematics.

Life, the patterns of life, and the force behind life, the life force or God, what creates life are observable but Physicists and Mathematicians cannot measure them or apply their mathematics to it due to their limitations or scientific limitations and therefor this life force and God does not exist according to Atheists but the gravity force exists simply because Physicists and Mathematicians can measure this force, speed, acceleration, mass, but still do not know what it is or what creates gravity, it is also based on observation.

Criminal harassment network or mobbing network claim they "clean" the crimes of law enforcement members through the use of technology, homelessness, and cancer;

Law enforcement organizations claim they do not exist, and this is linked to crime or serious human rights violations that are well hidden in modern countries.

Assassination Technology linked to "Cleaning":

Sound technology for high levels of sleep deprivation linked to a lack of recovery and DNA repair.
- HSS hyper sonic sound does exist and so does the hardware. It is ultra sound technology used to create sound at specific locations at great distances.

- Portable x-ray units placed directly beneath the floors of sleeping area or sitting positions, radar linked to lung irritation, swollen testicles, and leukemia.

I would like to advise you that organized crime is using microwave (radar) technology from neighbouring apartments at the apartment complex 1870 Robinson apt. 301, Laval QC where I live linked to cancer and intimidation, and pushing a victim of these technologies to homelessness.

I also believe that they are using more powerful microwave (x-ray) technologies, which are more commonly known to be linked to cancer by placing portable x-ray units directly beneath a targeted victim’s sitting position floor in the apartment below.

Request to Acknowledge Potential and Possibility:

Regardless of whether the Surete du Quebec believes this is true or questions my psychological integrity;

I would like the Surete du Quebec to recognize this possibility or the potential to harm a person in this fashion linked to cell damage, cancer, and the difficulty to prosecute perpetrators for a form of assassination through cancer.

At around 2003-2004 I told the Surete du Quebec that a criminal harassment network made me aware that I caused the death of Celine Hardy, the twin sister of Stephan Hardy.

2) The Surete du Quebec claims this criminal harassment network or mobbing network does not exist.

The voice of Stephan Hardy was used as a psychological weapon through sound technology combined with a criminal harassment network’s attempts to “bring me down” at around 1998 linked to depression, suicide factors, and psychological manipulation what I consider to be a form of assassination attempt.

3) The Surete du Quebec claims that Stephan Hardy does not exist in 2004 resulting in a charge of criminal mischief.


The voice of Stephan Hardy continues to be used through sound technology and criminal harassment.

1. I would like to know if the Surete du Quebec still denies the existence of these criminal harassment networks and their use of these technologies for criminal harassment?

2. At around 1984-85 Stephan Hardy was instructed to stand behind me and say “you are going to suffer” while a Surete du Quebec officer in police uniform was present by the poolside.

A) I believe the disappearance of Stephan Hardy, linked to the motive, and the resulting charge of criminal mischief in 2004, the only crime I have ever been accused of, is linked to *Attempts to Protect* this Surete du Quebec officer by the poolside who may be behind these instructions and possible promises to “make me suffer” at a later time.

Another police officer Dave Dumont RCMP was also seen first that day out of police uniform.

B) I believe other more recent actions by the Laval police dept. In 2009 to refuse my criminal complaint against Dave Dumont RCMP for conspiracy against a minor and another complaint against someone who identified himself as an RCMP officer are also linked to *Attempts to Protect* other law enforcement members.

As I mentioned in the last message, the Laval police dept. Do not accept my criminal complaints.

Questions:

1. If law enforcement members commit a crime against a minor or person and other law enforcement members *Act to Protect* these other law enforcement members, which can result in criminal complaints not being accepted;

Can a victim become a prime target of organized crime given their restricted access to police services and protection, the inability to file criminal complaints or complaints that involve other law enforcement members, and add to these factors the possible interest, incentive, or motive by these law enforcement members who have committed a crime for this victim to be silenced by organized crime?
