Organized Crime or Criminal Psychological Harassment Networks and Law Enforcement Procedures

Psychological Harassment or Workplace Psychological Harassment

Psychological Harassment consists of using psychological manipulations to induce stress, a weapon that uses coritsol and adrenaline, and wear a person out tactics to lead to a burnout to get rid of someone or eliminate their means of subsistence.

Invisible Weapons: Psychological the Mind <-> Physical the Body

One invisible weapon or technology that affects the mind, psychological manipulations or harassment is used to use another invisible weapon that affects the body, the weapon of high levels of stress and sleep deprivation, coritsol and adrenaline, which can lead to acid-base disorders and serious illness such as brain aneurysm, heart attacks, and cancer.

Invisible Weapons: Means of Subsistence -> Homelessness

Psychological Harassment or Criminal Psychological Harassment is used to eliminate the means of subsistence of victims and to make them more vulnerable to organized crime. By eliminating the means of subsistence of victims the victims are unable to provide for themselves or defend themselves and can be driven to homelessness.

A Law Enforcement Procedure

A law enforcement procedure exists that consists of sending cases or claims of Psychological Harassment or Criminal Psychological Harassment to hospitals and hospital staff members such as social workers and psychiatry.

Credibility of Victims: Social Workers and Medical Professionals, Psychiatry

Medical professionals and psychiatry are not there to conduct investigations but to treat medical conditions. Given the fact that psychiatry still denies that psychological harassment exists the medical psychiatric file that is created and psychiatry its self can be used to attack the credibility of victims of criminal psychological harassment or to discredit victims of other types of crime.

Organized crime can use psychiatry and this law enforcement procedure to make victims vulnerable to criminal psychological harassment or crime.

Medical community members have also been hiding or used to hide the effects of high levels of stress and sleep deprivation on the body of victims of this type of crime.

Credibility of Victims: Advance Technology and Ammunition

Like psychological harassment or criminal psychological harassment that is denied to exist by psychiatry, advanced technology that uses sound, for example, can also be used by organized crime to allow or give psychiatry more credibility or more ammunition to attack or weaken the credibility of victims of organized crime.

Organized Crime and Criminal Psychological Harassment Networks

Organized Crime or Criminal Psychological Harassment Networks can use Criminal Psychological Harassment to further isolate and attack a victim’s credibility and use or exploit the law enforcement procedure of sending cases of criminal psychological harassment to social workers and psychiatric hospitals that are not law enforcement members, part of law enforcement, or criminal investigators for psychological evaluation.

This procedure can be used to attack the credibility of victims of crime by organized crime or corrupt members of the medical community combined with the fact that psychiatry denies the existence of psychological harassment. As medical professionals, psychiatrists will tell you themselves they are not there to conduct investigations but to treat a medical condition or health issue.

The Psychological Manipulation toolset describes a wide variety of psychological manipulation tools that are or can be used by Criminal Psychological Harassment Networks.

Two Abusive Practices by Some Law Enforcement Organizations or Members

One abusive practice by some law enforcement organizations is to send cases of criminal harassment or criminal psychological harassment to social workers and psychiatry resulting in an attack to the victim’s credibility and another one is false accusations of criminal mischief.

Republican Global Financial Climate Change Gate - Plankton and Oxygen

Republican Global Financial Climate Change Gate - Historic View of the Future Coming Disaster, Plankton and Oxygen

Intro

Like the economic crisis that had been collapsing but ended on a more violent note, global change is going to happen the same way with more violent weather changes, crop failures, and other unpleasant results.

Like the U.S. economy that was run off a cliff by the Bush administration and people "didn't know" until the economic collapse, the oil industry has run the health of our planet off a cliff and taken the human race with it too, we just "don't know" or see it yet.

Like, here’s a past and future Republican pattern with the economic crisis and climate change.

It’s just a rough patch in the weather, the earth and crops are strong, leading to a global food shortage and collapse or worse catastrophes, followed by we didn’t know, it wasn’t us, it’s those foreign oil producers that want to kill us, it's the wealthy and Capitalism, it’s the Obama administration, where’s the food?, where’s the oxygen? Etc.

CCN Wolf Blitzer

/The rapidly rising CO2 levels reminds me the rapidly falling U.S. dollar that lead to the U.S. economic collapse, but we still don't know why that happened and who's to blame./

This time if the Republicans or oil lobbyists tell you that the planet is strong and that the oceans that are 90% depleted with vanishing coral reefs and increasing acidification are strong, you'll know that they are lying for a fact this time.

I'm not sure if you had a doubt the first time.

Al-Gore and Food

With 90% fish depletion and the acidification of the oceans, Al-Gore won't be eating fish for very much longer.

With global warming, crop failures, and the reduction of moisture and increased droughts Al-Gore won't be eating meat for very much longer either, what's your point?

The Ozone Layer

The affects of CFC’s were debated and slowly phased out.

Now we have a giant ozone layer hole that keeps getting bigger and the resulting increased UV light can affect plants and microorganisms like Plankton.

NASA and CO2 levels

Houston, we have a problem.

The CO2 levels are increasing rapidly resulting in the increased acidification of the oceans that are killing the fish, the coral reefs, and can affect microorganisms like Plankton.

Plankton and Oxygen

The increased UV light and acidification of the oceans can affect and kill Plankton, and Plankton is what gives us our oxygen on earth.

Like, that’s a BIG PROBLEM.

Republican Ideology 101

Let's wait until something collapses, like the economic crisis, and then try to pass blame to someone else.

Questions

1)For those that do not deny global warming, what is the relevance of hacked emails?

2)Did the delays in phasing out CFC's affect the increasing size of the ozone layer, and if so should we avoid making the same mistake when the resulting effects of a giant ozone layer hole, the acidification of the oceans, and rapidly increasing CO2 levels are a very serious threat to everyone?

I don't buy into the proposition that financial institutions play a major role in the U.S. economy but I would like to have a "BLANK CHECK" from congress to give people confidence.

http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-367384

I don't buy into the proposition that burning fossil fuels creates CO2, a green house gas and also leads to the acidification of the oceans and can affect microorganisms like plankton.

I don't buy into the proposition that high levels of CO2 or a lack of Oxygen plays a role in our health or vital to our SURVIVAL.

The Importance of Water on the Moon - true or false

It is true that finding materials on the Moon, or any other large celestial body, such as water is important but it may not be as important as some would believe.

At present time and conditions, taking water to the moon is very expensive. It's similar to taking the first model A ford, loading it with a few gallons of water, and driving it from New York to LA, it's an expensive and long journal.

But if you look at it in terms of technological advances and progress, it isn't really that important. To continue the example, 18 wheelers transport goods, including bottled water, from New York to LA every day. Another example, one yearly trip to the moon every year is not the same as one or several a month.

It’s also similar to Columbus discovering and trying to colonize America but the speed at which technology and progress are advancing is much faster and continues to increase.

Climate Change: Republican Denial of Global Warming Contradiction

During the Bush administration terms tensions escalated between the U.S. and Canada over territory claims and the Northern sea passages given the fact that the Northern sea passages are melting.

Why escalating tensions over the melting Northern passages if global warming is not melting the Northern passages?

Like the economic crisis that had been collapsing but ended on a more violent note, global change is going to happen the same way with more violent weather changes, crop failures, and other unpleasant results.

Like the U.S. economy that was run off a cliff by the Bush administration and people "didn't know" until the economic collapse, the oil industry has run the health of our planet off a cliff and taken the human race with it too, we just "don't know" or see it yet.

Dow spikes to 13-month high and a bit of My Stock Market Investment History

Dow spikes to 13-month high

http://money.cnn.com/2009/11/23/markets/markets_newyork/index.htm

"Since bottoming at a 12-year low on March 9, the Dow has gained 60% as of Monday's close. In that same period, the Nasdaq gained 69% and the S&P 500 gained nearly 64%.

Housing: Existing home sales in October surged to the highest level since February 2007, according to a National Association of Realtors report released Monday morning.

Sales rose 10.1% in October to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6.1 million units, verses a revised 5.54 million units in September. Economists expected sales of 5.7 million units, on average.

The strong sales were largely driven by buyers trying to tax advantage of the government's first-time homebuyer tax credit, which was initially due to expire at the end of November. The credit has now been extended to the end of April and includes a broader range of buyers.

Investors have been looking for the economic news to confirm what many economists say: The recession, which began in December 2007, is over. In particular, a recovery in the housing market is critical as the credit crisis and housing market collapse deepened the economic crisis."

Subject: my advice to my friends

If you have investments and haven’t already moved them to Guaranteed funds I would advise you to do so ASAP.

I’m not an economist or economic advisor and it’s just my personal advice.

If you do speak to an economic advisor some may even tell you that now is the time to buy and of course some will tell you to do what I have as well.

I hope that I’m wrong and we’ll probably know in a few months.

Have a great day.

http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-229123

I moved back into the market on March 12, mutual funds, and also did my first online stock transaction.

I'm using questrade, probably the cheapest stock trader out there.

This is my opinion and I'm not an economist or stock trader but based on economics, predictions, and speculation I'd say the DOW has hit bottom at 6,547.050

"what you are saying is like blowing holes into the titanic, then abandoning ship after it sinks 35%, then saying the people on board trying to rescue the ship caused it to sink another 15%, and actually hoping it sinks all the way!?"

It looks like a few holes got patched up and the engines are back online, the titanic stopped sinking.

At present time, Friday 13, 2009 almost 1:30, the DOW just got into green after being down this morning, watch for an afternoon rally.

Criminal Psychological Harassment - Stress and Acid-Base Disorders - Brain Aneurysm and Heart Attack

A criminal psychological harassment network uses high levels of stress and sleep deprivation to increase Cortisol levels and induce acid-base disorders to destroy a victim's body, brain, and heart.

Those who participate in a criminal psychological harassment network, attack a victims credibility, and use threats and provocation or psychological attacks to induce stress and Cortisol intentionally as a weapon are guilty.

Brain Aneurysm.
Heart Attack.

If you have participated or if you are ever invited to participate in this kind of activity be aware that it is criminal harassment and can include criminal conspiracy.

Given the fact that this network is used to discredit individuals, drive them to homelessness, and induce death through illnesses related to high levels of stress and sleep deprivation the criminal elements and possible charges can be much more serious.

The only advice I can give you is do not underestimate the power of law enforcement.

One example of psychological manipulation is to try to corrupt individuals, participation for example, and then to use law enforcement as a threat.

Cancer: The Key is the immune system, it can be weakened or strengthened to fight off disease

Cancer

The key is the immune system

It can be weakened to leave the person vulnerable to serious illness like cancer or it can be strengthened to fight off powerful invaders and even cancer it's self.

• High levels of stress and sleep deprivation can overwhelm the body and result in cancer.
• High levels of stress and cortisol can suppress the immune system and free radicals can damage the body and DNA.
• Toxic substances can also overwhelm the body, a.k.a. tobacco, alcohol, obesity, and a bad diet can also lead to cancer.
• High levels of sleep deprivation can overwhelm the body, the body is unable to repair itself, unable to fix DNA mutations or damage, and unable to fight off cancer in early stages.

Cancer

Cancer results when a portion of a cell’s DNA is damaged and the cell begins to divide uncontrollably. Factors that are genetic, behavioural, environmental, and lifestyle are said to be involved in causing cancer.

• Factors called inhibitors such as vitamins, supplements, fruits, vegetables, and a good diet are believed to inhibit cancer.
• Factors called promoters such as smoking, pollution, alcohol, stress, obesity, and a bad diet are believed to promote cancer.

Lifestyle factors are said to be the largest contributors to cancer risk with lifestyle and external factors accounting for about 80% of cancer deaths in the United States.

Internal factors are genetics and heredity, and infections.

External factors are unhealthy workplace environment, air pollution, water pollution, exposure to chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides.

Lifestyle factors are smoking, alcohol, sun exposure, stress, and diet.

• Smoking is said to account for about 30% of cancers.
• Obesity and a bad diet about 30% of cancers.
• Genetics about 10%.

Some experts believe that toxins or a bad diet impair the immune system, making it more vulnerable and unable to fighting or destroying precancerous cancer cells.

Some experts believe that what these risk factors have in common is that they increase the body’s exposure to
free radicals, which cause cell and DNA damage.

Free radicals are atoms that can cause cell damage; impair the immune
system, cause infections, and lead to degenerative diseases such as heart
disease and cancer. Free radical are also thought to be the cause of the aging process, or premature aging, by some scientist.

• Risk factors that increase the body’s exposure to free radicals increase the risk of cancer.
• Risk factors that impair the immune system increase the risk of cancer.

Stress can increase the number of free radicals and impair the immune system resulting in the body’s inability to destroy precancerous cells before they develop into cancer.

Stress and Oxidative Stress

Referred to as rusting, oxidative is the production of reactive oxygen species which include
free radicals and peroxides. Free radicals can cause high levels of cellular damage, DNA damage, and cell death. It causes premature aging. Oxidative stress is associated to diseases such as atherosclerosis, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s. Anti-oxidants reduce oxidative stress damage.

Cortisol is sometimes referred to as the stress hormone and suppresses or weakens the immune system.

Immune System Suppression Caused by Stress (Psychoneuroimmunology)

Stress decreases the number of helper T cells, suppressor T Cells, cytotoxic T cells, B cells, and the Natural Killer cells (NK). It also decreases T cell function, T cell proliferation response to phytohaemagglutinin [PHA] and concanavalin A [Con A]. Cortisol prevents proliferation of T-cells by rendering the interleukin-2 producer T-cells unresponsive to intereukin-1 and unable to produce the T-cell growth factor. Naturalistic stressors are also associated to increases in number of circulating neutrophils.

Sleep deprivation

Research studies have shown that when lab rats are sleep deprived sores develop, their body temperature drops, and their immune system do not function properly. When totally sleep deprived lab rats only live for about 5 weeks.
The growth hormone (GH) is released during sleep and sleep deprivation can affect hormone balance in adults. The body repairs it’s self during sleep.

Sleep deprivation slows down the metabolism.

Sleep deprivation causes a very sharp rise in cortisol which suppresses or weakens the immune system. High levels of cortisol
can also lead to hardening of the arteries, which can lead to a heart attack,
muscle loss, increased abdominal fat storage, loss of bone mass, depression,
hypertension, insulin resistance, and lowers the growth hormone and testosterone
production. Sleep deprivation can also increase the risk of diabetes.

Sleep deprivation can lead to acid-base disorders, which can corrode the
arteries and body, the high levels of stress and cortisol result in the hardening of the
arteries and high blood pressure, which can damage the arteries, the body is unable to repair its self due to the sleep
deprivation and stroke or heart attack risk is increased or can result. The acid-base disorders can
also overwhelm the body and promote or lead to serious illnesses or cancer.

In a research study, the study subjects were pre-diabetic after one week of
sleep deprivation and diabetes is another cause of a high number of deaths or serious illnesses.
The sleep deprivation reduced the Growth hormone (GH) and testosterone
hormone which can lead to muscle loss and promote weight gain. Leptin levels
were also reduced which can lead to or results in over eating and
weight gain or obesity, obesity also being linked to cancer.

Sleep deprivation can reduce mismatch repair (MMR) gene proteins that repair DNA damage or errors.

Mismatch repair (MMR) genes are involved in numerous cellular functions including: (1) repairing DNA synthesis errors; (2) repairing double-strand DNA breaks; (3) apoptosis; (4) antirecombination; and, surprisingly, (5)
destabilization of DNA. These responsibilities make MMR proteins extremely important in the basic maintenance of the genetic material, the regulation of the cellular cycle, and in the last instance, development of an effective immune system.
When MMR is lost or defective there is a decrease in apoptosis, an increase in cell survival, and a potential increase in damage-induced mutagenesis. This can provide a selective growth advantage to the cell, thus causing an increased susceptibility to tissue-specific cancers.

How To Boost Your Immune System

Glutathione

Glutathione is the body’s most powerful antioxidant, detoxifier, and vital for the immune system.

Glutathione is produced naturally by the body and its secret is (SH). The sulfur sticks to toxins, heavy metals like mercury and lead, and
free radicals. Glutathione is produced and recycled normally by body unless the body is overwhelmed by toxins or oxidative stress.

"'It's the secret to prevent aging, cancer, heart disease,
dementia, and more, and necessary to treat everything from autism to Alzheimer's
disease.'

'In treating chronically ill patients with Functional Medicine for more than 10 years, I have discovered that glutathione deficiency is found in nearly all very ill patients.'"

http://ultrawellness.com/blog/glutathione

"Glutathione augmentation is a strategy developed to address states of glutathione deficiency, high oxidative stress, immune deficiency, and xenobiotic overload in which glutathione plays a part in the detoxification of the xenobiotic in question. Glutathione deficiency states include, but are not limited to: HIV/AIDS, chemical and infectious hepatitis, prostate and other cancers, cataracts, Alzheimer's, Parkinsons, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, radiation poisoning, malnutritive states, arduous physical stress, aging, and has been associated with sub-optimal immune response. Many clinical pathologies are associated with oxidative stress and are elaborated upon in numerous medical references.

Low glutathione is also strongly implicated in wasting and negative nitrogen balance, notably as seen in cancer, AIDS, sepsis, trauma, burns and even athletic overtraining. Glutathione supplementation can oppose this process and in AIDS, for example, result in improved survival rates.

Glutathione has shown positive preliminary results in several studies of glutathione's ability to affect levels of reactive oxygen species, which may have implications in the reduction of cancer rates."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glutathione

The list includes people with chronic fatigue, chronic infections, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, asthma, kidney problems, liver disease, autism, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, autoimmune disease, and cancer.

Pollution, toxins, medication, radiation, aging, stress, and a bad diet all deplete or reduce your glutathione. This reduction in glutathione leaves you more vulnerable to oxidative stress and
free radicals, disease, and cancer.

The ability to produce and maintain high levels of glutathione is vital in helping to prevent disease such as cancer, and in helping to recover from disease.

•Glutathione is the body’s most powerful antioxidant, detoxifier, and vital for the immune system.
•Glutathione cools off free radicals and recycles antioxidants.
•Glutathione is the most important part of the body’s detoxification system.
•Glutathione levels can decrease muscle damage and increase recovery time.
•Glutathione can increase strength, endurance, and muscle production.
•Glutathione helps control inflammation.
•Glutathione protects our cells and makes our energy metabolism run better.
•Glutathione helps reach better mental and physical function.
•Glutathione production deceases as you age and boosting your glutathione production can slow down or reduce the aging process.

Boosting your Glutathione Levels and Immune System

You can boost your Glutathione levels with exercise, supplements, and food.

•Sulfur rich vegetables such as garlic and onions can help boost your glutathione levels. Other vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, and watercress are also said to be rich in sulfur but genetically modified versions like broccoli that now have a lower nutritional value may not be as sulfur rich as they once were.
•Bioactive whey protein and amino acids that contains cysteine, glycine, and glutamine are the simple building blocks of glutathione.
•A vitamin B complex (Methylation nutrients: folate, vitamin B6 and B12) is probably the most important supplement in keeping the body producing Glutathione.

Smoking inactivates vitamin B6.
Caffeine can deplete vitamin B levels.
Alcohol can deplete vitamin B levels.
Vitamin B6 is needed by your body to transform tryptophan to serotonin.

"'In one study of older adults, the group with the lowest
levels of vitamin B12 lost twice as much brain volume as those with the highest
levels.'
'Another remarkable study in the American Journal of Psychiatry found that 27 percent of severely depressed women over age 65 were B12 deficient.(1)'"

http://ultrawellness.com/blog/glutathione

Selenium is also important and helps the body recycle and produce Glutathione.
Vitamins such as vitamin C and E, antioxidants, can also work together to recycle Glutathione.
Milk Thistle helps the liver and can boost Glutathione levels.

Alpha Lipoic Acid, like glutathione, is also important and can also become depleted due to stress. It’s important for blood sugar control, detoxification, cell health, and brain health.

Low stress and sleep can also boost the immune system.

Omega-3 fats can help control blood sugar and brain cells.

Stress depletes serotonin.

Magnesium can boost serotonin levels.

Probiotics can also improve the intestinal flora and boost the immune system.

Clean Energy Ideas: Solar, Natural Gas, Clean Coal, Geothermal, and Hydrogen

Solar Technology and the Smart Electricity Grid

With incentives for commercial buildings and warehouses to implement this renewable energy technology, which also reduces green house gas, creates jobs, creates growth, reduces the trade deficit (oil), and strengthens the US dollar; this green energy technology will also give the U.S. economy a boost.

The increase in demand will also result in more competition, research, innovations, and improvements. With the installations being concentrated in cities (commercial buildings) any maintenance required should also be competitive.

The improving solar technology can also be applied to battery powered cars and for space applications.

Natural Gas Power Plants and Smart Electricity Grid

With North America moving towards a smart electricity grid, the growing demand for electricity that will result from more hybrid electric cars, and the current low cost and abundance of natural gas, an estimated 100 year supply and also a clean energy, natural gas power plants similar to coal burning power plants could be built to add supply to the smart electricity grid.

Clean Coal Power Plants and Smart Electricity Grid

North America is the Saudi Arabia of coal. The U.S. presently uses coal to generate 50% of its electricity so it's in the U.S. best interest to improve this technology. Coal is also greatly used globally and especial in China, and this will probably continue to increase, so improving this technology also has a global benefit and big impact on the environment. There are different clean coal technologies with the leading one having CO2 stored underground in former oil or other sealed formations. If the CO2 does escape these formations that have contained oil for millions of years, according to a U.S. geologist, the CO2 smears on the sand and cannot escape.

Geothermal Energy and Smart Electricity Grid

Is another technology that can be used to create electricity and for heating and cooling systems.

Fusion Power and the Smart Electricity Grid

Fusion power is currently being developed to create electricity and will also use the existing infrastructure and smart electricity grid.

Natural Gas 18 wheelers – T Bone Pickens PickensPlan.com

North America has a huge amount of natural gas. The government could create subsidies or incentives to increase the adoption of this technology. The reduced cost to 18 wheelers through natural gas subsidies, for them, should also reduce the costs of products in North America due to lower shipping costs, and therefore benefiting the North American economy. Given the fact that 18 wheelers are also major air polluters, the impact on the environment and health would also be a very good one.

Hydrogen Powered Cars

Hydrogen can be created from the electricity to power hydrogen cars.

Wind Turbines

One reason why I do not like wind turbines - dead eagles, an eye sore, and no space age applications.

Space Age Vision of the Future: Solar, Electromagnetic Propulsion, and Scramjets

Solar Technologies

Solar technology is improving rapidly and will be used to generate electricity and fight global warming. This improved technology is also applied in outer space.

Scramjets

One technology that is currently being worked on for passenger and commercial space flight are the scramjets technologies. Scramjets are hypersonic engines known as supersonic combustion ramjet or scramjet.

• scramjet-powered vehicles must first be accelerated to March 4 before their scramjets can work.
• unlike turbojets, scramjets do not use spinning blades to compress the air entering the engine. Instead the high speed of the vehicle compress the incoming air which is then fed into a combustion chamber where the burning fuel creates an exhaust jet that exits the engine faster than the air that entered.
• NASA’s 2004 X-43A scramjet aircraft flew at March 9.68, a new world record for jet-powered travel.
• DARPA is working on another style of engine called Vulcan capable of launching a craft from a runway like a commercial airliner before accelerating it to hypersonic speeds.
• Vulcan will use a modified turbojet engine to accelerate to about March 2, at which point its hypersonic engine, possibly pulse detonation design, would kick in to push it beyond March 4.
• estimates for their top speed range from March 12 to 20, still short of the March 25 or so needed to propel them into orbit so rockets may play a role on a scramjet-powered spaceplane as final–stage boosters.
• a civilian hypersonic airliner could take travelers right around the globe in just 4 hours.
• a trip from Sydney to Los Angeles or London to Tokyo would take about 1 hour with a scramjet going at speeds of March 10 and about 10 to 13 hours with a regular passenger aircraft.

Scramjet Launcher

One idea to save on fuel costs for commercial space and passenger scramjet travel would be to build a launcher similar to an air craft carrier but on a much larger scale.

The first stage of the launcher could use the same technology as an air craft carrier followed by the second longer acceleration phase that would be several miles long and use something like electromagnetic propulsion.

The result would add up to considerable fuel savings on repeated commercial passenger and space launches and the speed reached without using any of its fuel payload would result in the scramjet having more fuel payload for something like a final-stage rocket booster to reach orbit.

The fact that the launcher could be used for both commercial passenger and space launches would also result in cost savings.

Space Launcher

The same idea and technology could be used in outer space. The science fiction equivalent would be the jump gate, quantum gate, or hyperspace gate.

The launcher could be used to launch satellites, space crafts, and even missiles at incoming objects like an asteroid. The idea is that the missile would be launched at high speeds and requires fuel only for navigation or once in close proximity to the target.

Living in Outer Space

It’s unlikely that we will find planets with the right conditions and the right gravity for humans. It is possible that we will be settling planets with the right gravity and possibly even terra-forming them.

But what’s more likely to happen is that we will be building our own planets like giant space stations that will orbit different suns, and there’s plenty of material in outer space to do it too.

Diet and Stress: Acid-Base Disorders (the invisible and silent killer or weapon)

Diet and Stress: Acid-Base Disorders

There are two factors which contribute to a pH imbalance.

• The first is the person’s diet (Food) and the second is the person’s emotional well being (Stress and Anxiety).

Balancing your pH is widely considered to be the single most important thing you can do for your health.

Stress and anxiety are the principal acid generators aside from the diet. (& Sleep Deprivation)

• acid-base disorders can lead to the progression of most degenerative diseases. (degenerative diseases)
• acid-base disorders can lead to heart disease or stroke. (heart disease)
• acid-base disorders can lead to osteoporosis or bone loss. (osteoporosis)
• acid-base disorders results in cells becoming poisoned by their own toxic waste and die. (premature aging)
• acid-base disorders can overwhelm the body and lead to cancer. (cancer)
• acid-base disorders can lead to the progression of excessive systemic weight gain. (weight gain)
• acid-base disorders can affect you neurologically or psychologically. (depression & social withdrawal)
• acid-base disorders can lead to macromineral deficiencies. (macromineral deficiencies)
• macromineral deficiencies can also cause hair loss and brittle nails. (hair loss & nails)

• sleep deprivation increases acid-base disorders. (sleep deprivation)
• high levels of sugar in your diet can lead to acid-base disorders. (sugar)
• the lack of nutritional food can lead to macromineral deficiencies and acid-base disorders. (food & nutrition)
• sleep deprivation prevents the growth hormone, which builds muscle and bone, from being released in the sleep cycle. (sleep deprivation & growth hormone)

• Cushing’s Syndrome, high levels of stress, can lead to muscle loss or muscle wasting and acid-base disorders.
• stress and acid-base disorders can lead to a burn-out. (burn-out)

“"A tactic that is sometimes used, to break a person down psychologically and physically, is to induce as much stress as possible for a long period of time." This tactic is often used to cause macromineral deficiencies and acid-base disorders in the victim.””

“people who are burned out have a two- to-threefold higher risk of heart problems, including recurrent myocardial infarction, stroke, coronary-bypass surgery, increase of coronary atherosclerosis, and cardiac death.”

“when stress is long-lasting, the engine of inflammation can run without end. Over the long term, inflammatory molecules can "spill into the brain, where they may cause apathy, social withdrawal, fatigue, and changes in eating habits.”

Why Health Care Reform - “It’s the Economy Stupid” and Capitalism

This is my view and opinion of what U.S. Health Care Reform is about.

Why Health Care Reform - “It’s the Economy Stupid” and Capitalism

• Health Care Reform is about fixing the U.S. economy and the deficits that will increase due to increasing health care costs and the related negative impact on the U.S. economy.

"The first and most important thing in getting the federal deficit under control is substantial reform of the health care system," - National Economic Council Director Lawrence Summers

• Making insurance coverage more affordable for people with existing coverage, people without coverage, small businesses that provide coverage, and big businesses that provide coverage.

• Preventing families from losing their life savings, going out of business, and going bankrupt.

• Correcting the trend towards a sicker population results in bigger profits for the medical community, towards a healthier population results in bigger profits for the medical community, a more competitive and productive U.S. population, and a better U.S. economy.

• Making the medical community’s and Insurance Corp. systems more efficient and eliminating waste or unnecessary procedures.

• The issue of liability and insurance costs and the related medical errors or malpractice.

• Addressing the issues that contribute to rising health care costs. (diet, obesity, tobacco, cancer, alcohol, food processing, pollution)

• Preventing a loss in morals or values. A disproportionate number of veterans are in the streets for reasons related to a lack of safety measures and coverage. (macromineral deficiencies and PTSD)

• Safety measures related to prevention and preventing death.

• Preventing negative perceptions towards Capitalism.

• Making the U.S. economy more competitive with other foreign economies.

• The economic costs to the U.S. economy and families will be far greater if nothing is done.

Health care costs have risen from 7% to 17% in a very short period of time and will continue to increase at an alarming rate. As health care costs continue to increase more people will be unable to afford coverage, more people will be strapped for cash because of rising costs, more families will be going bankrupt, more small businesses will be unable offer plans to employees, more small businesses will be unable to compete, and more people will die due to a lack of coverage. “premiums for the average American family are rising three times faster than their wages” - DNC National Press Secretary Hari Sevugan

At this time about 1 million families in the U.S. go bankrupt because of a lack of coverage or not enough coverage, and sometimes it’s just a question of not reading the fine print. "The cost of health care now causes a bankruptcy in America every 30 seconds. By the end of the year, it could cause 1.5 million Americans to lose their homes," – Obama

In comparison, other countries that have universal health care the costs are about 9% to 12%, and do not exclude 50 million people like in the U.S. Both the rising costs of health care that continue to increase at an alarming rate in the U.S. and the fact that so many families go bankrupt a year have a negative impact on the U.S. economy, and the U.S. will be at a disadvantage or will not be able to compete on the Global economic scene because of this.

Health care reform is about bringing down the costs of health care and providing affordable options for those with existing health care coverage and those without coverage. The result is people having more money to save, invest, and spend which stimulates the U.S. economy and creates growth and jobs. Extending coverage to another 50 million people will also create more demand for services and create jobs.

It’s in everyone’s interest to have more affordable health care including people with existing coverage, small businesses, big businesses, and the U.S. economy. It will make smaller businesses that provide health care coverage more completive. Big businesses are also affected by the smaller businesses and their rising costs, and by the U.S. economy.

Health care reform is not only about insurance plans, it’s about making the U.S. population healthier and more productive, and there are many other issues involved to reduce health care costs and changing the trend towards the sickest population in the world, towards the healthiest and most productive in the world. The medical community will also try to make their systems more efficient and eliminate waste or unnecessary procedures. A healthier and more productive population results in lower absenteeism, disability, and death and therefore a better and more competitive U.S. economy.

Capitalism

• Safety measures such as law enforcement and firefighting are about prevention and preventing death, basic health care is also about prevention and preventing death, how is it different?

• What is the cost or negative impact on the US economy when a person dies from a lack of coverage and what is the dollar value of a person’s life? It’s not about the size of a home or car; it’s about a person’s life.

• Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the world's largest retailer and a company most labor officials cite as their anti-union poster child supports health care reform. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., is also a poster child of globalization and Capitalism.

• The Principles of Capitalism can also be used to find solutions.

• The countries and economies that can work together to make themselves more productive and competitive, and this is the issue and part of Capitalism, without using political rhetoric for political gain that get in the way of this process and what is needed, will win the economic battles and wars of the future.

Negative and False Perceptions of Capitalism

• Capitalism is to blame for the death of a loved one. What is your perception or the effect on a person’s perception of what Capitalism is when someone they know or care for dies because of a lack of coverage or you don’t have enough money to continue to live, it’s just the way it is?

• Capitalism is to blame for the obesity epidemic and rising health care costs.

• Capitalism is to blame for the economic collapse and downturn. Some of the Banking elite blamed Capitalism for the economic downturn, which also results in a negative perception of Capitalism. Some people may even perceive Capitalism as equaling fraud or crime.

Meeting of the Minds: The Future of Capitalism - These are some of the statements I remember:

Vikram Pandit - “You cannot allow the U.S. consumer to dictate global growth” “we didn’t have the right guard rails for Capitalism”

Larry Fink - “Capitalism went too far, no one governing the excesses of Capitalism. I’m guilty, we are all guilty.” “we had a society that believed in housing”

Other statements and something like - “we need a new Capitalism because there was something wrong with the old Capitalism”

The Medical Industry and Capitalism

• An unhealthy and sick population benefits the medical industry with demand, profit, and growth but has an adverse effect on the productivity and growth of the U.S. economy as a whole.

• Pharmaceuticals are for profit corporations and aim to increase the use and demand for their products, aim to find expensive or highly profitable and owned solutions instead of simple common and inexpensive solutions, aim to increase profit and growth, and the growth in demand and use of their products. The miracle pill with a cost of $1000 a day instead of an apple a day solution of $1 a week and this is linked to prevention and the U.S. diet.

• Food products that are unhealthy or void of nutritional value are approved by the medical community and contribute to health care costs, but are low in cost and result in bigger profits.

• Food products that are high in caffeine and sugar can result in food addiction and bigger profits, nicotine is another example, but have an adverse effect on health care costs.

• Examples of adverse health effects: macromineral deficiencies, acid-base disorders, insomnia, sugar addictions, brain fog (sugar), sugar cravings (sugar), attention disorders (sugar), mood disorders (lift and crash sugar), obesity epidemic, heart and stoke, and cancer.

• Again, as the U.S. population continues the current trend of getting sicker, resulting in rising health care costs, the U.S. population will become less and less productive, and the U.S. economy will be less and less able to compete on the Global economic scene.

• The principles of capitalism, incentives, and profitability are important to reduce costs and increase profit.

• If the medical industry and community reject or resent the implementation of a Universal Health Care system it will result in retaliation and attempts to make the system inefficient and costly.

Capitalism Works Very Well and is Not to Blame

The blame lies with the organizations that allow these products on the market and this is linked to the medical community. It’s a question of legislation and changing the factors that result in bigger profits towards healthy ones, and this is Capitalism.

Health care reform and the rising health care costs and the banking industry and the related economic collapse and downturn are a question of legislation, regulations, and laws.

High Levels of Stress and Sleep Deprivation used as an Invisible Weapon or Murder Weapon

Macromineral Deficiencies

• High levels of stress and sleep deprivation can be used to induce acid-base disorders or to cause the victim's blood to be acidic.

The body reacts by using it's buffer system, macrominerals and minerals to control or counter the acidity.

• So exposing someone to high levels of stress and sleep deprivation over long periods of time depletes the body's buffer system or macrominerals, which makes it harder for it to control or counter the acidity.

The body also takes macrominerals and minerals from the bone mass which can lead to osteoporosis.

• The macromineral deficiencies and acid-base disorders can also effect and damage the muscles and the heart, which can lead to heart disease or heart failure.

Macromineral deficiencies can lead to multiple or many different physical or neurological disorders.

Michael Jackson and the FBI - June 25, 2009 rest in peace Michael

Michael Jackson’s life was surrounded by people who wanted to control him, that pretended to be friends in attempts to control him and his money, that wanted his money or that wanted to find ways, conspirer, to get or take his money from him. Some people would call these kinds of people “snakes”.

It’s no surprise that Michael wanted to remove some of this poison from his life and surround himself with the most none threatening, no evil or dark intentioned, non conspiring or false pretensed, and most innocent of people, children. The innocence and joy of children would improve anyone’s life and “world”, the “world” of Michael Jackson, and also bring joy to it.

The first accusation of child molestation was settled for around 30 million dollars to make it “go away”.

The second accusation was fought in court and was another “court tv” show with Michael dancing on top of some cars and showing up in his pija’s. What you should note is that the FBI, Michael Jackson’s opponent was not pleased at one of Michael Jackson’s releases that included the name of an FBI member followed by a gun shot. Another thing you should note is that powerful organizations, like the FBI, will use pedophilia or the threat of being labeled a pedophile as a threat or for intimidation, sometimes with the help of psychiatry. Why? When you are labeled a pedophile or child molester the whole world hates you within seconds or minutes, and in some case want to kill you too.

One recent example of the possible use of pedophilia as a threat, for justification, or to “attack” someone is the recent U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum June 10 shooting. The 88 year old white supremacist probably started going into crisis since the Obama, a black or colored president, election victory. The FBI in a June 18 CNN news article claims that child pornography was found on the 88 year old white supremacist computer. The investigators did not provide any details but used it to justify a request for permission for a more extensive search of the computer.

The article states “An investigator says the pornography was found on a desktop computer during a search of an Annapolis, Maryland, apartment where 88-year old James von Brunn had been living for the past two years. The documents did not provide details about the pornography, but investigators requested permission to make a more extensive search of the computer and others found in von Brunn's home…..a USS Liberty Web site that claims Israeli forces "suddenly and brutally" attacked the U.S. Navy vessel in international waters in 1967….a painting that appeared to depict Hitler and Jesus.

The question is what are the missing details, is it really child pornography, was it “planted” there, was the computer hacked or pornography uploaded there by an outside force, or is it really child pornography that this white supremacist placed there himself? Whether it is someone we love or someone we hate, pedophilia can be used as a tool or weapon for intimidation or worse. Both Michael and the white supremacist were opponents of the FBI, it would take a lot to bring down a star like Michael Jackson and have us hate him, it would take something like child molestation or pedophilia.

In Michael Jackson’s case, I believe it was a form of intimidation and worse, and a possible retaliation from the FBI for Michael Jackson’s use of also a form of intimidation, an FBI member’s name followed by a gun shot. I have very strong doubts that Michael Jackson had anything to do with child molestation.

rest in peace Michael.

Health Care Reform Ideas - add your ideas and comments

Safety Measures, Universal Health Care, Reducing Health Care Cost, and the U.S. Economy

My knowledge of the medical industry is limited and the ideas and beliefs are simply given as is.

Using the principles of capitalism to find solutions to Health Care Costs and providing Health Care coverage as a safety measure to prevent death, the negative impacts on the U.S. economy, harmful perceptions, increase the health and productivity of the U.S. population, and increase economic growth.

Major objectives are to Reduce Costs, Guarantee Choice, and Ensure Affordable Care for all. The impact of health care and its costs on the capacity and productivity levels of the whole U.S. population, on the U.S economy.

The root and cause of health problems and increasing health care costs in the U.S. is the U.S. diet.
obesity epidemic, heart and stoke, and cancer.

A monopoly and control over health by the medical community. The deteriorating health of the U.S. population would indicate that there has been some kind of failure by the medical community or some kind of contribution to it.
incentives for costly solutions and profit, pharmaceuticals linked to costly solutions and increasing demand for their products, controlled information and documentation, self regulation

Concepts of law or human rights - Every person has a right to the safety and security of their person.

Concepts of policyy - Get tough on things that contribute to or increase health care costs.

Perceptions and False Beliefs

Comfort food needs to be void of nutrition and high in sugarr

Finding solutions for the sick and homeless is too expensive and cannot be done

Homelessness is part of capitalism

Homelessness is not capitalism or a part of capitalism and involves a lack of safety measures.

Capitalism involves crime or is crime

The economic downturn was caused by a fraud and a lack of regulations or de-regulations. Comments like “Capitalism went too far” “it was the excesses of capitalism” “capitalism has to be reformed” “it was the old capitalism” “we need a new capitalism with regulations” gives the impression or creates the perception that capitalism is somehow to blame, involved, or the cause of the economic downturn.

BBoth the economic collapse and homelessness were caused because of a lack of safety measures and regulations. The same is true concerning the lack of basic medical insurance or safety measures to make sure individuals and families do not die or end up homeless for not being able to pay for medical bills.

Why Basic Coverage, Safety Measures, and Lower Health Care Costs are Needed

The practice of dropping patients a few blocks away from hospitals because the patient has no insurance, but might die in front of the hospital, or the fact that this practice may not reflect positively on the hospital in terms of public relations needs to end;

Families and people losing their life savings, homes, or businesses because they did not have the medical coverage or the adequate medical coverage necessary also needs to end; “"The cost of health care now causes a bankruptcy in America every 30 seconds. By the end of the year, it could cause 1.5 million Americans to lose their homes," Obama said.”

Family members and people being told that they will mostly likely die because they do not have the adequate insurance and money to continue living needs to end;

The disproportionate numbers of veterans in the streets because they are most likely suffering from medical illnesses such as macromineral deficiencies, neurological disorders that are caused by macromineral deficiencies, and PTSD needs to end;

The resulting loss of life, to the economy, morals and values, negative self perception or image needs to end;

A healthier and more productive population results in lower absenteeism, disability, and death and therefore a better U.S. economy.

Lower health care costs results in more savings and purchasing power for individuals and families, which usually results in more spending, an economic stimulus, on products and services resulting in a higher GDP.

Psychological warfare, credibility, money, stress and sleep deprivation with its related physical and mental disorders, and homelessness are used as “invisible” weapons and to intimidate. (linked to crime and exposure)

SSafety and prevention measures are what are needed for the safety of individuals and families.

Universal Health Care and Things to Consider

There are many different models or structures possible for implementing Universal Health Care that involve capitalism, socialism, regulations, private enterprise, monopolies, rigidity, flexibility, and balance.

One example is the Canadian Universal Health Care system that I believe is too rigid, does not allow for enough free and private enterprise. The results are higher costs, reduced growth, reduced research, innovation, reduced flexibility, reduced adaptability, reduced services and freedoms, and the resulting rejection or feeling of resentment by some in the medical industry and clientele.

The principles of capitalism, incentives, and profitability are important to reduce costs and increase profit.

If the medical industry and community reject or resent the implementation of a Universal Health Care system it will result in retaliation and attempts to make the system inefficient and costly.

An unhealthy and sick population benefits the medical industry with demand, profit, and growth for the medical industry but has an adverse effect on the productivity and growth of the United States as a whole.

Pharmaceuticals are for profit corporations and aim to increase the use and demand for their products. Aim to find expensive or highly profitable and owned solutions instead of simple common and inexpensive solutions. The pharmaceuticals industry motives are profit and growth, the growth in demand and use of their products.

The miracle pill with a cost of $1000 a day instead of an apple a day solution of $1 a week.

Unhealthy or food products void of nutritional value are approved by the medical community and contribute to health care costs. Some examples are high caffeine and sugar content products.

Macromineral deficiencies, acid-base disorders, insomnia, sugar addictions, brain fog (sugar), sugar cravings (sugar), attention disorders (sugar), mood disorders (lift and crash sugar), obesity epidemic, heart and stoke, and cancer.

PPsychiatry has been hiding the use of psychological warfare, an invisible technology or weapon, and the effects of psychological warfare on victims. The related tools or weapons such as credibility, high levels of stress, sleep deprivation, macromineral deficiencies, acid-base disorders, depression (pharmaceuticals), fear conditioning and PTSD. Psychological warfare, credibility, and homelessness are used to intimidate and destroy selected individuals (invisible weapons).

Monopolies

Creating a controlled insurance monopoly to increase profitability through volume of clients, increase the quality of services provided, protect the client, and reduce costs through volume and profit.

Break the medical industry and community’s monopoly in the U.S. to reduce costs, the medical community’s power over the U.S., increase the services and quality of services, and increase the health of the U.S. population.

The Private Enterprise Insurance Structure

The idea is to have a regulation or law that all individuals must have an insurance plan or have
or receive the basic government insurance plan as a default.

A controlled monopoly of several large insurers can be created by the government through bidding. These large insurance corporations will generate profitability through a large volume of customers or insurance policies but would be protected from smaller competitors that would undercut their volume and profitability. To protect costumers from the negative impact of bankruptcies from smaller competitors that would try to undercut their profits and would be unable to deal with the desired volume. Providing inadequate services or reduced quality of service standards. A controlled monopoly that involves free enterprise, a high level of control, regulation, easier monitoring, integration, and accountability would most likely result in better quality, protection to individuals, and reduced cost to the government. The profitability of these corporations is also tax revenue for the government.

Prevents and reduces government bureaucratic buildup. The corporations need to remain competitive, efficient, and profitable within this controlled monopoly.

Balance and flexibility - Flexibility is also a key factor in reducing cost or reducing cost measures.

Flexibility and Limiting the Possibilities of Abuse - Flexibility can give the administrators of such a basic health care plan the possibility to adjust this plan as required or deemed necessary. Flexible insurance plans gives the possibility to reduce costs, add additional and personal insurance for people who require more frequent visits for example or for people who have been identified as possible abusers of the basic health care system. Limiting the number of general visits an individual has per month or per year can reduce the possibilities of abuse, waiting times, and costs.

How does this reduce costs? This also gives the possibility to large, medium, and smaller insurers the possibilities to compete and offer a Varity of different insurance policies to individuals or corporate insurance group plans. These insurance policy offerings to individuals and to corporate benefits group plans remove individuals from the basic plan and the cost to the government.

Corporate group plans should be given tax incentives to take out as many individuals from the basic plan, therefore reducing the cost to the government. The increased number of policies from corporate group plans also increases growth and demand for services from the health and medical industry, which is also a source of tax revenue.

TThe promotion of private Clinique’s and hospitals that offer higher levels of services and speed also promotes the implementation of newer, better, faster technologies that might otherwise stagnate. It promotes innovation and adaptability. The resulting better, faster, and cost cutting technologies are also at one point adapted by other Clinique’s and hospitals. The fact that you are dealing with insurance policies and government regulations does not mean that a private Clinique, that has implemented a newer technology, would be able to turn away someone with the basic coverage that requires an immediate and faster medical result because of a life threatening condition, determined by the medical regulations or community, for example.

Insurance Plans – Balance and Flexibility

Free market competition for other insurance plans or any allowed additions to the default plan.

The government default plan could be modified as needed or adjusted as need to reduce costs, add or modify coverage. Given the fact that it is not known what would work best in the market, giving the market more flexibility and options could help monitor and determine the potential of different options in contributing to solutions or reducing the health care costs, which can later be modified or changed as needed.

An Integrated System for Claims and Processing

The U.S. government and large insurance corporations involved could pull their resources to create this system and software, contracts, its maintenance, etc. Online solutions and portal for cost reductions and easy answers. A question does not require a visit to the doctor. The aim is to improve the quality and speed of services and information.

Online Services and Portals

Online services and portals with questions and answers Q&A or FAQs, knowledge bases, online service chats with nurses or ask a doctor submissions through a portal user account can reduces cost. It does not require an absence from work, a waiting period or trip to a Clinique to ask a question or get information. See some current examples below.

https://healthmanager.mayoclinic.com/default.aspx Health Manager

http://www.merck.com/pubs/ Merck Manuals

http://www.doctorslounge.com/ Ask a Doctor Forums

Competitive forces and factors to reduce costs - Government Owned and Operated Hospitals

Increasing the number of possible competitors reduces costs. Government could own and operate their own hospitals that compete directly with private sector hospitals to help reduce costs and ensure the availability of services, another safety measure. As already mentioned, the medical industry needs to be profitable and this would be a way to make sure new technologies, innovations, and standards are also applied. A way to monitor a hospital that is implementing new changes, measures, systems, or innovations sponsored by the Federal government to judge and see the efficiency or the new changes or results.

Competitive forces and factors to reduce costs - Competitors from the International Community

Another way to increase competitive forces is from the international community. Cuba is used here simply as an example. Cuba, one of the poorest countries in the international community, is a world leader in different medical fields that even surpass the United States, one of the wealthiest. By allowing medical services from the international medical community, services that are approved, it breaks the U.S. medical community’s monopoly on medical services and it could help bring down costs, increase quality of services, and the speed of services available. The goal is to reduce the costs to the U.S. population as a whole, which could amount to billions of dollars, increasing the standard of living, increasing their savings, and increasing their purchasing power potential.

A large contributor to health care cost is insurance and liability

Creating a public or elected commission for medical complaints that also includes serious penalties for medical negligence and malpractice. It is the same concept used for law enforcement groups; police officers will protect police officers and medical professionals will protect medical professionals and hospitals. Penalties should be oriented more towards suspensions from work or medical practice for the individual offender, instead of monetary amounts that are paid by insurance groups, whose costs are redistributed to or paid for by the clientele and victims resulting in higher health care costs. Other possibilities exist to prevent the redistribution of the cost of negligence towards the clientele dealing with insurance companies. One example is to isolate insurers or Insurance Corporation that provide insurance to individuals in case of liabilities to help and give incentives to the medical community to better self regulate.

Specialized Nurses and Home Services

The use of specialized nurses to handle more of the work load directed towards doctors and their specialty. Example, the nurse can give a preliminary diagnosis and possibly a low risk prescription within a shorter period of time but still give the clientele the possibility and choice to see a doctor that requires a longer waiting time.

Increase home services to free up hospital beds and lower costs.

How to Pay and Reduce Costs

Get tough on things that contribute to or increase health care costs.

Tax Cuts Roll Back and Growth - The tax cuts that are scheduled to be rolled back, which were used to invest in other countries like China instead of in the United States, could be used or adjusted to provide employer incentives through tax credits to provide employee group plans resulting in cost saving and growth in the United States due to increased productivity by the U.S. population and growth in the medical and health industries for example.

Increase and encourage the use of Employer sponsored plans. Increase and promote of employer sponsored plans and use of health care services for growth of the medical industry.

The view is that the use of health care plans and services are encouraged, necessary, need to be implemented, and not taxed. A negative perception could be harmful. Incentives for employer sponsored plans and benefits and growth for the medical industry and community.

For lower and middle income class the employer plans should be encouraged to reduce the use of the government default plan and therefore reducing costs.

High income earners plans can create demand, competition, and growth. The growth of more expensive services can also lead to more services for less costly ones too. Example, a new private clinique offering high cost services may also offer less costly ones too. The infrastructure and service add to growth, etc.

The goal is to encourage sponsored benefits to lower, middle, and higher income earners. Taxing high income plans could have a negative effect on the medical industry and community. Private hospitals and cliniques that specialize in higher quality, faster services, and better services can lead the industry in growth, innovations, create high value jobs, and whose growth, revenues, incomes, and services are taxed. Taxing the health benefits of high income earners could have a negative effect on this market and result in less growth, innovations, and high value jobs.

Health Tax and not a Sin Tax - Unhealthy products contribute to increased costs and illnesses. The reduction of unhealthy products results in a healthier population and taxing them brings in revenue.

Incentives for insurers and insurance corporations to increase health and reduce costs to themselves. Investments in research, diet and nutrition, and cost effective natural healing or natural medicine, solutions, and prevention medicine.

Alcohol Tax and Fines

No one wants alcohol to be taxed but it is not a necessity and can also have a negative impact on health and society. Wine may be the only alcohol beverage with healthy benefits. Many wines and alcohol products are also imported. An unhealthy example, the beer belly and the related illnesses, linked to obesity and weight gain. Even a small tax on alcohol could bring in considerable revenues.

Not a get tough on crime policy but a get tough on one of the causes of health care costs and crime, alcohol or the irresponsible use of alcohol. Alcohol is actually the cause of many social ills such as violence and accidents, which increase health care costs.

Adding to the fines for drunk drivers to reduce health costs and drunk drivers, and any other alcohol related accidents.

Adding to the fines for violent offenders and violent crimes or other crimes while intoxicated with alcohol to reduce health care costs and crimes related to alcohol use and intoxication.

Adding fines for alcohol related crimes such as selling alcohol to minors or without a license.

Adding excessive risk and danger violations fines for excessive high way speeds, for example, that increase the risk of accidents and health care costs.

Nutritional Value and the Lack of Nutritional Value

A lack of nutritional value in the U.S. diet is also a cause of higher health costs and the increase in illnesses. Adding measures, health tax, to reduce the use of unhealthy food products that result in higher health cost, and therefore reducing health care costs while also bringing in revenue to pay for the costs.

Diet sodas may have more serious ill effects then naturally sweetened sodas that have high calorie content, but both are void of nutritional value. The use of artificial sweeteners can actually cause weight gain or other illness.

High caffeine drinks, now a trend, can cause many physical and mental disorders due to the depletion of macrominerals which in many case is also linked to sleep deprivation. It could be the cause or lead to another epidemic, mental disorders in later years.

To encourage the increase in real nutritional value such as real fruit juice with pulp that adds to demand for products and agricultural products.

Incentives to increasing the natural health and prevention market to increase knowledge and products with nutritional value.

High Sugar Content Products

High sugar and super sugar content products are major contributors to health care costs. They contribute to a large number of health disorders such as obesity, diabetes, acid-base disorders, brain fog and attention disorders in children, mood disorders, and cancer.

Cigarettes

Cigarettes are another health care cost contributor.

Pollution and Health Cost Fines

Additional taxes and fines to polluting industries or environmental standards violations that can have a negative impact on health and increase health care costs. Air and water pollution are examples and noise pollution is another example where these standards exist.

California, for example, could add costs for vehicles that do not meet the set emissions or pollution standards and contribute to smog and health care costs.

Fines for individuals that pollute, resulting in a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone. An example is individuals throwing garbage on the streets, having an adverse psychological health effect and increasing city costs. In some cases it can be a more serious health hazard.

Health standard violation fines in restaurants, food processing, laboratories, hospitals, and pharmaceutical industries that can increase health care costs.

Education

Nutrition and health education in schools and increased school activity will contribute to reduced health care costs. What is learned in schools is also taken home.

Vending Machines and Cafeterias

Vending machines and cafeterias in school and the work place should be regulated to contain more nutritional value and products that contain nutritional value.

A Contradiction of Safety Concerns and Measures

One example of a common every day safety measure is that individuals do not have their own private police officer or law enforcement organization that deal with public security and safety. Safety measures, law enforcement and the legal system, exist that are provided by the government.

It does not make much sense to give individuals traffic violation tickets out of safety concerns, while letting others die of exposure to harsh winter conditions and suffer from malnutrition, homelessness, or die because safety and prevention measures do not exist to treat a treatable condition due to a lack of insurance.

Homeless Veterans example, homelessness is also used as a weapon by powerful organizations to reduce a threat to themselves, prevent legal actions and exposure, and possibly to reduce costs too.

An Ideal for Employer Sponsored Plans Incentives

Is to legislate that an employer needs to give a set minimum contribution for individuals personal Health Plan. If incentives exist to provide employer group plan benefits with tax credits, some would op to provide group plans to obtain the savings rather than pay the minimum portion to individuals. The tax credits given to the employer could resemble something like the portion paid for the default plan. Offering group benefits also attracts more potential employees, results in healthier employees, and reduces absenteeism. Flexibility is also important to distinguish between large, medium, and small employers.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/health_care/

Reduce Costs — Rising health care costs are crushing the budgets of governments, businesses, individuals and families and they must be brought under control

Guarantee Choice — Americans must have the freedom to keep whatever doctor and health care plan they have, or to select a new doctor or health care plan if they choose

Ensure Affordable Care for All — All Americans must have quality and affordable health care

U.S and Canada Possible Trade War

The Global economic down turn originated in the U.S. and it is important for the U.S. economy to recover as soon as possible in order for the global economy to recover.

The trade imbalance in the U.S. results mostly from the import of oil, around 500 billion and possibly more, and imports from China. The manufacturing jobs from the 300 million strong United States have not been going to the 30 million strong Canadian population, they’ve been going to China.

The European countries united to create the largest economic trade zone or economy in the world. Other areas in the world are discussing doing the same. Here in North America during an economic downturn, the talk is about trade wars.

The North American economy is integrated. A good economy in either country benefits the other and helps or results in growth. A Canadian business manufacture that relies on U.S. suppliers that closes, for example, to open in China, will rely on suppliers from China. This applies to the U.S. and Canada.

An Endorphines Anti-Depression Exercise - an early morning dose of endorphins

An exercise that you can try that helped me. Every morning when you wake, look out to the morning sun, make the expression of a smile with eyes wide open, while rubbing your head and face for several seconds.

Why?

The Buddhist monks smile upon waking. It sets their mind and day in a positive way. Cases of depression are rare. Smiling releases endorphins in your brain it’s an early morning dose of endorphins for your brain to set the day.

The facial skin and head are sensitive to rubbing and releases endorphins, like a general massage does. Contact with your loved one with affection, along with the rest of the cognitive support, is equally important because of the high levels of endorphins. Some research has also shown that sex can help with depression and make you smarter too.

Einstein Intelligence Factors Theory - Patterns of Reasoning and Idea Creation

The brain is plastic and you can literally "upgrade" your brain.

One of the things that may have contributed to or enhanced Einstein's intelligence was his exposure to many new ideas and concepts while he worked in a patent office.

You can improve or train your logical thinking, creativity, strategic and analysis thinking, problem and puzzle solving skills, pattern recognition and detection, power of deduction, categorizing and comparing skills.

The more information and knowledge you have, the more ideas and possibilities you can think of. Learning to learn is very important and not every one learns in the same way. Some styles are better than others for different people. For example some people need to see the whole picture in order to start absorbing the information properly while others need more of a step by step approach. It's important that you work on your learning skills and identify what works best for you quickly in order to make it as efficient, easy, and enjoyable as possible.

Army Personnel may be more vulnerable to Macromineral Deficiencies – Suicide and Homelessness

Army Personnel may be more vulnerable to Macromineral Deficiencies – Depression and Suicide

Army personnel may be more vulnerable to macromineral deficiencies caused by high levels of stress and sleep deprivation over long periods of time. Macromineral deficiencies can cause neurological disorders such as insomnia and depression.

Alcohol and homelessness just makes the macromineral depletion worse.

[The deficiency of Macrominerals such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium due to stress can cause serious disorders. Some psychological and neurological disorders are depression, emotional disturbances, personality changes, hallucinations, confusion, loss of memory, seizures, and coma. Some physical symptoms (disorders) are muscle pain, muscle cramps, muscle spasms, tremors, and complications of the heart such as cardiac arrest or heart failure. Deficiencies in Macrominerals can also cause or lead to Acid-Base disorders.]

http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-264110 Macromineral Deficiencies and Acid-Base Disorders

Part of the solution is in what Lynn Hughes said “he wants me to fight the fight”. Army personnel and veterans are in another war too, a psychological one. Army personnel are trained to overcome all enemies and challenges, psychology plays a key role and an important factor in accomplishing this. Not only does God want you to fight the fight, you need to use psychology to fight for yourself, for your loved ones, and for your country.

[According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, about one in three homeless adults in the country has served in the armed forces; current population estimates suggest that more than 150,000 male and female veterans are homeless.

"I limped around for a long time, depressed," "I felt guilty and wanted to kill myself." .. "Maybe that's why God let me live ... because he had this in mind for me. He wants me to fight the fight." Lynn Hughes.]

Psychology and Suicide factors

Feeling of purposelessness and hopelessness can also lead to depression and are suicide factors. When a person loses their employment they may suddenly have feeling of purposelessness. When people are faced with unemployment, feel trapped, envision a hopeless future, or feel they are in a hopeless situation these are suicide factor.

Psychology is needed to find and have a sense of purpose and to remember that as army personnel, you have been trained to overcome all challenges, fight the fight, and envision a positive future. You need to learn about psychology to use it and take action. Taking action will also give you a sense of control.

Push back in the opposite direction. If something or a situation is pushing you towards purposelessness or hopelessness, you need to take action and push in the opposite direction.

http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-264109 Suicide Factors and Depression

Army Psychology Philosophy Example

In a war, win or lose, you fight. If hopelessness is affecting you or if your enemy wants to use hope and hopelessness against you, as a weapon or to break you, to defeat you, take those words out of your mind. Hope and hopelessness have nothing to do with anything, you are to fight and defeat your enemy. You just do, hope and hopelessness do not apply.

It may sound easy but it isn’t when a person is overwhelmed by feelings of hopelessness and despair, and affected by neurological disorders. Prevention and awareness is key.

[If the Army is serious about addressing the problem, it needs to address the stressors common to soldiers, including financial problems, marital problems, frequency of deployments, length of deployments, deployments to hostile environments, exposure to extreme stress and service-related injuries, he said.

The role of alcohol too must be addressed if the rate of suicide is to be lowered, he said.]

http://www.cnn.com/2009/US/05/27/army.suicides/index.html

[A major United States military post is shutting down for three days following a rash of suicides

Combat stress manifests itself in different ways, he said, citing the case of a U.S. soldier charged with killing five of his comrades at a mental-health clinic in Iraq earlier this month.

A record number of soldiers committed suicide last year -- at least 133, the Army said.

More soldiers killed themselves in January of this year than died in battle, Army statistics suggest.]

PTSD

PTSD - High levels of stress and sleep deprivation, macromineral deficiency, and high levels of cortisol can lead to PTSD.

PTSD is similar to fear conditioning. It involves high levels of stress, fear, and cortisol. The cortisol levels imprints areas of the brain that are also associated to fear, so what happens is that when you experience similar sounds, images, or environment you can re-experience those emotions of high stress or fear.

Fear de-conditioning involves people being exposed to the same experience without fear.

Dick Cheney and Torture - Torture is an International and US Crime

Torture is an international and US crime.

Does the United States want to be or look like the street thug, an international bully, or an international criminal to alienate allies, used for propaganda to recruit terrorists and increase terrorism?

Or

Does the Unites States stand for Justice, with the justification to go after international criminals where ever they hide, with the support of allies and the international community?

Dick Cheney advocates torture for his own gain, and that of the Bush administration, and not that of the United States.

"The ends justify the means and Dick Cheney protected us." No, Dick Cheney tried to “cover his ass”, and the Bush administrations, and tried to obtain false confessions linked to Iraq. Dick Cheney lied to you the same way the Bush administration lied to invade Iraq.

The psychological manipulation of, the pretense or deception of, wanting a false confession; the threat of wanting false or pretense of wanting false confessions, to prevent exposure. In other words, wanting or using the deception of wanting a false confession has the opposite or reverse effect, the victims ceases all communication or cooperation. You would believe or think that torture is used to obtain the truth, but it's actually used in many cases to do the opposite.

There’s a reason why law enforcement can’t beat false confessions out of prisoners, it’s because it does not work and the information obtained is invalid. The other point is that during a war, if your enemy captures troops that have information about an incoming attack, you're most likely to change your plans or where you'll attack, given the fact that your attack plans have been compromised.

Dick Cheney’s Reasoning and Argument Example

I know for a fact that Dick Cheney claimed the United States would be attacked again, because he was hoping that the United States would be attacked again, so that he could somehow be vindicated and gain politically. He should be handed over to a special unit for “advanced interrogation techniques” for a few months. After he’s confessed to this fact, he can be sentenced and sent to “limbo Guantanamo” forever. Given the fact that he’s now confessed, the special unit cannot be prosecuted for using “special discussion techniques”, and saved us from Dick Cheney.

Dick Cheney a Threat to US National Security

After 911 the Republicans gained politically and they used this power to violate and justify actions that violated US laws and international laws too. Fear was also used extensively to manipulate the US population, a rhetoric of fear and isolation, which was used to reduce their rights or gain more power over them. One of the ways they were manipulated was with impending threats of attacks and alert levels that fluctuated.

Dick Cheney is now also continuing his rhetoric of fear and impending attack, while the Obama administration is making progress internationally, and has endangered the United States. In the world of shadows, the enemies of the United States may actually attack now to give the Republicans, who are at an all time low and under political turmoil, a boost politically. Given the economic, international, and domestic harm the Republicans have done over the years, the enemies of the United States would gain, by a gain in popularity for the Republicans. An attack would also permit some Republicans, and Dick Cheney himself, the possibility to escape any prosecution or justice.

“Security and Authority - attacks to increase power
Security authorities or organizations will sometimes provoke and welcome attacks on themselves or those they are sworn to protect, and in some cases they may even attack themselves, so that they can obtain more power and authority over those they are said to protect.”

Justice Dept and CIA

Possible prosecution revolves around those who sanctioned these decisions that violated international laws, not what information was obtained, and Dick Cheney sanctioned and advocates torture. Reports of success can easily be fabricated through interrogations that produce false confessions and false information. The use of torture it’s self discredits and renders any possible information that Dick Cheney would like to protect himself or his actions with, invalid. The information obtained is similar to the information that “justified” the invasion of Iraq.

Those in the justice department that supported and complied with the demands of the Bush administration were “rewarded” while those who did not were “dismissed”.

The CIA is also often used to take the blame for different actions or demands from current administrations; in this case it is the Bush administration.

The United States has no problem on waging war on enemies or criminals, but when a US administration commits crimes or tries to circumvent international laws or US laws, it “loses” in more ways than one.

Bush Administration Legal Dept and US Army Personnel

Lawyers were drafting "legal mambo jumbo" memos.
With things being "legal", when subordinates do not do what they are told, the result is usually dismissal. For army personnel dismissal and the repercussions of not following orders or dismissal are not the same as simply losing your job, it can result in court-martial and prison time.

"To violate the statute, an individual must have the specific intent to inflict severe pain or suffering," "Because specific intent is an element of the offense, the absence of specific intent negates the charge of torture. ... We have further found that if a defendant acts with the good faith belief that his actions will not cause such suffering, he has not acted with specific intent,"

The intent is to use force and harm, torture, and claim that there is no specific intent to escape prosecution. Another intent is to use people’s ignorance that psychological torture is not harmful or does not inflict suffering.

Torture and Water boarding

Psychological torture is usually used because of its invisibility, and to try to escape prosecution, but it has serious mental and physical effects.

The difference between me and you water boarding each other is that the stress and fear level is not the same, it isn’t real or real torture. To give you an example, I’ve seen people drive nails into their hands for entertainment, and laugh at it. Now use the same torture practice, on the same person, will produce a different reaction on this person.

Another example of torture “real and not real” is that some people love getting scared. They’ll go on a roller coaster ride or watch horror movies. Now take this same person and pretend you are going to kill them every day, in some way. With a gun with no bullets “click” in back of the head execution style, that you are burring them alive, or that you are about to throw them over a cliff. This same person will not appreciate the fear and torture.

Degrading themes and humiliation were used in this example. “Other memos allowed the use of such tactics as keeping a detainee naked and in some cases in a diaper, and putting detainees on a liquid diet…"Detainees subject to sleep deprivation who are also subject to nudity as a separate interrogation technique will at times be nude and wearing a diaper,"”

Sleep deprivation and a liquid diet do affect the body physically and can lead to very serious illnesses, one of them being acid-base disorders.

High levels of stress, sleep deprivation, and liquid diets all reduce macrominerals like potassium in your body which leads to acid-base disorders. The reduction in macrominerals and higher levels of cortisol can also lead to PTSD.
