Criminal Harassment and Microwave Research: Questions for the Surete du Quebec (police)

I would like to advise you that organized crime is using microwave (radar) technology from neighbouring apartments at the apartment complex 1870 Robinson apt. 301, Laval QC where I live linked to cancer and intimidation, and pushing a victim of these technologies to homelessness.

I also believe that they are using more powerful microwave (x-ray) technologies, which are more commonly known to be linked to cancer by placing portable x-ray units directly beneath a targeted victim’s sitting position floor in the apartment below.

Request to Acknowledge Potential and Possibility:

Regardless of whether the Surete du Quebec believes this is true or questions my psychological integrity;

I would like the Surete du Quebec to recognize this possibility or the potential to harm a person in this fashion linked to cell damage, cancer, and the difficulty to prosecute perpetrators for a form of assassination through cancer.

Criminal Harassment, Sound (HSS) Technology and Microwave (radar) Technology:

Since around 2007 shortly before Dr. Acade’s death I started experiencing high levels of sleep deprivation through sound technology.

- About 4 hours or less a night.

Since around September 2010 I have been blasted or shot at by microwave (radar) technology at my apartment in Laval that is linked to intimidation and cancer.

- Sleep deprivation since 2007 combined with microwave (radar) radiation in September 2010.

1) The Surete du Quebec claims that both technologies, sound (HSS) and microwave (radar) technologies, do not exist and are not used by organized crime.

Criminal Harassment Network and Celine Hardy:

At around 2003-2004 I told the Surete du Quebec that a criminal harassment network made me aware that I caused the death of Celine Hardy, the twin sister of Stephan Hardy.

2) The Surete du Quebec claims this criminal harassment network or mobbing network does not exist.

Criminal Harassment Network, Stephan Hardy, and Suicide Factors:

The voice of Stephan Hardy was used as a psychological weapon through sound technology combined with a criminal harassment network’s attempts to “bring me down” at around 1998 linked to depression, suicide factors, and psychological manipulation what I consider to be a form of assassination attempt.

3) The Surete du Quebec claims that Stephan Hardy does not exist in 2004 resulting in a charge of criminal mischief.


The voice of Stephan Hardy continues to be used through sound technology and criminal harassment.

Questions:

1. I would like to know if the Surete du Quebec still denies the existence of these criminal harassment networks and their use of these technologies for criminal harassment?

2. This criminal harassment network or mobbing network that I have been documenting claims that they “clean” the crimes that law enforcement members commit and their method of “cleaning” is through cancer and homelessness; Do you believe this link is true or that law enforcement members who may have committed crimes would have an interest in this “cleaning”?

At around 1984-85 Stephan Hardy was instructed to stand behind me and say “you are going to suffer” while a Surete du Quebec officer in police uniform was present by the poolside.

A) I believe the disappearance of Stephan Hardy, linked to the motive, and the resulting charge of criminal mischief in 2004, the only crime I have ever been accused of, is linked to *Attempts to Protect* this Surete du Quebec officer by the poolside who may be behind these instructions and possible promises to “make me suffer” at a later time.

Another police officer Dave Dumont RCMP was also seen first that day out of police uniform.

B) I believe other more recent actions by the Laval police dept. In 2009 to refuse my criminal complaint against Dave Dumont RCMP for conspiracy against a minor and another complaint against someone who identified himself as an RCMP officer are also linked to *Attempts to Protect* other law enforcement members.

As I mentioned in the last message, the Laval police dept. Do not accept my criminal complaints.

Questions:

1. If law enforcement members commit a crime against a minor or person and other law enforcement members *Act to Protect* these other law enforcement members, which can result in criminal complaints not being accepted;

Can a victim become a prime target of organized crime given their restricted access to police services and protection, the inability to file criminal complaints or complaints that involve other law enforcement members, and add to these factors the possible interest, incentive, or motive by these law enforcement members who have committed a crime for this victim to be silenced by organized crime?
