Several Different posts about Events in Laval and the Court House

Presentation of motion that does not seem to be liked, police harassment night before presentation, not added to role, prosecutor made demand and not the judge, it disappeared from the court file; ...

The prosecutor claimed the issue was the jurisdiction of the superior court;

The judge focussed on the my conditions for release, the threat or vulnerability being that I had not followed the court conditions and that she would have me detained, incarcerated, for a psychological evaluation;

I explained that I had followed all conditions and continued to all efforts or steps to satisfy the conditions while wishing to present the motion to contest the request for a psychological evaluation to see if non-criminal responsibility applied that I see as a way for him to escape criminal allegations that are completely false and linked to a smear campaign.

The motion is on the grounds that it is not the prosecutors role to provide a defense, that it involves abuse and discrimination, that it involves elements of a smear campaign or police and prosecutor routines that can be repeated several times through completely false allegations linked to smear campaigns;

The focus on the conditions lasted a good part of the time court, linked to a vulnerability or the possibility the judge would have me detained for a psychological evaluation, with me repeating several times that all conditions had been met and continued to satisfy all conditions and efforts to satisfy any conditions 10 times or more;

We seemed to be going around in circles each time I started presenting the motion, the judge claiming that I was contesting the conditions, meaning I didn't want to satisfy them and linked to the threat of being detained, with
... and also that I should drop my motion .,. Me repeating the something about the conditions.

The judge said nothing she had heard would change her ruling or the demand that was granted to the prosecutors, the motion is continued, ..... I have to report all progress to satisfy the conditions and psychological evaluation set by the court, the demand by the prosecutor.

There continues to be a strange confusion with one judge telling me another judge made the demand and not the prosecutor, the prosecutor telling me he made the demand, the judge to hearing the motion telling me she made the demand,,,

From what I understand the prosecutor made the demand and it was granted, the court conditions, his counter to the motion regarding his role is that it is the jurisdiction of superior court and not the judge who granted the demand in the Quebec court.

So a lot of time was lost in court going around in circles each time I started presenting my motion, ,,, so your contesting the conditions and do not intend to satisfy them.., linked to the threat of being detained,, with me repeating that I had satisfied all conditions and continue to satisfy all conditions or new ones.

The prosecutor made insinuations that I had written a lot of motions; I told the court that had written a lot of motions,, which is linked the prosecutor and court wishing to assign a lawyer to represent me, forcing me to have a lawyer;

I told the court that I had written a lot of motions and they were valid; motion to regain seized possessions, granted, motion to change the conditions due to the way they were written by the prosecutor, granted.

This motion with all the strange events linked to it, the prosecutors counter is that it is not this courts jurisdiction but that of superior court, which required delays and research on his part, and what I saw as efforts to have it dropped,, also valid.

I also told the court that linked to these allegations along with elements of a smear campaign is an attack to my finances and I saw this form of request or attack by prosecutor linked to this also;

This request comes after successful court motions and a motion linked to a lot of contradictions or confusion, strange events that involves the police and court, police harassment, motion not on role, the motions disappeared from the court house, the prosecutors need for delays and research seem to indicate another valid motion and continued motion, not successful.

In my biased opinion, the judge's behavior following the previous post about the motions and this motion, of focussing on the conditions and the threat of detaining me, me repeating the same thing, going around in circles, extending the court session, when the motion has validity requiring delays and research by the prosecutor, wishing to force representation, seems to be biassed.

This is what I think of representation in this court and the current conditions in our society, the first lawyer introduced to me by the court told me I had no choice but to remain incarcerated, I dismissed his offer of service;

The current condition seems to be well hidden human rights violations, a form of hidden police state and subjugation through organized crime; the existence of criminal harassment networks; the elimination of a persons means of subsistence and homelessness; the use of cancer causing radar microwaves, Cancer Clock and Run Away Strategies combined with false allegations ,,

The Laval Police do not like me or my website it seems, so they tried these criminal allegations from a research article linked to intimidation, suppressing research, and a smear campaign, linked to Marc Lepine,rage shootings, and the cause of rage shootings in attempts to demonize me, alienate me from women, incarcerate me, and bankrupt me.

The prosecutors attempt to escape these allegations after failure to keep me incarcerated is linked to me being found not guilty of a crime committed instead if being found completely innocent and a victim of a smear campaign.

Why do I post a lot on Facebook, I'm very isolated, this is a way for me to break this isolation or strategy to isolate me by the mob;

You need to write or interact with others to see issues more clearly or in more detail.

The mob combined with criminal allegations and smear campaigns is using technology and and cancer;

Usually elimination of your means of subsistence too.

The long delays and rescheduling of court proceedings and the prosecutors persistence in these allegations may be linked to these outside organized crime, the mob, strategies.

I also believe that this recent action, smear campaign, and attempts to bankrupt me are linked to the Surete du Quebec allegations, and the disappearance of Stephan Hardy;

Are they culpable, smear campaigns, homelessness, and cancer are linked to finding a way out.,,

When everything becomes corrupt or is assigned to their corrupt designated person, a pattern, "this needs to be assigned to our dirty guy", it's a problem and pattern linked to being culpable.

All this pain and suffering, repression, teenagers, the death of a women witness, the death of my doctor who defended me from criminal allegations I believe are all linked to a SQ officer on the pool side with Stephan Hardy, Stephan Hardy standing behind me and saying "you are going to suffer", and the promises to make me suffer through homelessness at a later time by this SQ member.

The mob uses all these different strategies to incriminate and frame victims, and prison psychiatry is there to interpret it all;

The mob and criminal harassment networks do not exist.

They do and they are linked to rage shootings, which seems to be a sensitive issue for the police who try to suppress research and cause of these.

Attacking those that do research ...

The women participating must be so proud of try to suppress research aimed at preventing what killed so many women;

I guess it isn't the interpretation the Laval Police wanted to use when they filed these allegations.

Or is it just fear of the idea illustrated in a parody, Marc Lepine may have been the victim of these criminal harassment networks, the mob, that use homelessness as a weapon and to induce fear;
And the mob wrote his suicide letter, which to me looks suspicious leading to a parody and research notes.

I brought 3 motions to the court house several days before the 19th, 2 for the court, 1 for the prosecutor, I thought the motion to be presented for the 19th had been added to the role, the police harassment happened on the 18th, I re-added or added it for the 24th, on the 24th I asked the court clerk if the stamp on the motions could be obtained, on the 13th the 2 court motions with a stamp disappeared from the court house requiring copies from mine.
