I did not see much of the news on this issue today, it is a terrible and very emotional issue that is still very recent. -- What I did see in one case is that instead of looking or speaking of factors, rage shooting factors, and causes it seemed that the discussion went towards rhetoric, which is linked to abuse, organized crime strategy, discrimination, and advocating a defenseless population.

When the criminal code contains laws that violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, or human rights violations, these are addressed through the court system. When organized crime is used to prevent a citizen from doing so this results in a broken judicial system, and criminal code laws that can still contain basic human rights violations such as the right to a trial (672.12(1)(3)) in 2012-2013.

Swain, 1991 CanLII 104 (SCC), [1991] 1 S.C.R. 933, the Supreme Court of Canada considered the accused’s rights in the context of the operation of the insanity defence under the Code prior to the amendments in 1992 which brought in the NCRMD provisions. One of the issues in that case was whether the Crown could raise the issue of insanity over the wishes of the accused. 672.34 Where the jury, or the judge or provincial court judge where there is no jury, finds that an accused committed the act or made the omission that formed the basis of the offence charged, but was at the time suffering from mental disorder so as to be exempt from criminal responsibility by virtue of subsection 16(1), the jury or the judge shall render a verdict that the accused committed the act or made the omission but is not criminally responsible on account of mental disorder.
[10] The Crown’s ability to raise the issue of an accused’s mental capacity is governed by the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in Swain. Swain confirmed that when an accused does not want to rely on a s. 16 defence of NCRMD, the Crown may raise the issue independently. By doing so the Crown helps ensure that an accused is not wrongly convicted. However, in order to be minimally intrusive on the accused’s right to control the conduct of his defence, the Crown must wait to raise the issue until the trier of fact has decided the accused is guilty of the offence. If the accused is acquitted, the Crown cannot raise the issue.

What I did see in one case is that instead of looking or speaking of factors, rage shooting factors, and causes it seemed that the discussion went towards rhetoric, which is linked to abuse, organized crime strategy, discrimination, and advocating a defenseless population.

One psychological manipulation that criminal harassment participants try to do is to try to lead the targeted citizen to believe that if they act aggressive the participants will be fearful, which is combined with the criminal harassment networks routine of attempting to induce fear and interpret voice fluctuations as fear, and linked to manipulating the targeted citizen into reacting to this through aggressiveness and their own attempts to induce fear in return. It is a psychological manipulation and attempt at conditioning towards an aggressive response or retaliation from threats, which is supposed to eventually lead to more aggressive behavior and uttering threats, and the crime of uttering threats is linked to the smear campaign strategy.

There has been a terrible similar crime in Finland recently, and in France too, aimed at children.
The Rage Shootings in the past seemed to have been mostly linked to bullying, mobbing, repetitive humiliation, people "hitting back" linked to financial loss and homelessness.
Another more recent trend in the news are murder suicides, people killing others and then themselves.
You would tend to believe that a lot of rage in society would be aimed at the Government, Police, etc, but not at children.

I did not see much of the news on this issue today, it is a terrible and very emotional issue that is still very recent.
What I did see in one case is that instead of looking or speaking of factors, rage shooting factors, and causes it seemed that the discussion went towards rhetoric, which is linked to abuse, organized crime strategy, discrimination, and advocating a defenseless population.

This site contains a section on cyberbullying, homicides through influence of the mind, and another section about a Bullying and Cybullying Reporting System that the online community, schools, districts, government organizations, and any other organizations could use, which would not require any new laws. During this period of time, the criminal proceedings against the creator and founder of the web site, a new Supreme Court of Canada law has been created for cyberbullying victims, which criminal harassment participants use in threats of civil lawsuits towards victims of wrong doing, police, crown prosecutors, etc., in attempts to prevent exposure.

Unexplained Death, Not Suicide
"Jacintha Saldanha, 46, was found dead early Friday at nurses' housing provided by London's King Edward VII hospital -- Police said her death is being treated as "unexplained," though they said they didn't find anything suspicious. -- A coroner will make a determination on the cause next week. -- Police have made no connection between her death and the prank call, but people from London to Sydney have been making the assumption that she died because of stress from the call. -- Saldanha had worked for four years at the hospital. She took the hoax call Tuesday by the two DJs from 2DayFM, and transferred the call to the nurse caring for the duchess." -- No Reprimands: "St. James's Palace, the office of the duchess and her husband Prince William, expressed sadness at Saldanha's death, but insisted that it had not complained about the hoax. King Edward VII's Hospital said it did not reprimand Saldanha, nor had plans to discipline her."

The Royal Couple are photographed in the nude outdoors following their wedding at a cousins home, which is linked to the abuse and Princes Diana, the paparazzi chase and accident. A crank call to a hospital where the royal couple are located, the nurse takes her life? A setup or a possible "Hollywood Stars Whackers" type of homicide? which is linked to the media and claims of abuse.
