Donald Trump: Banks not Lending or Don't Want to Lend

Donald Trump speaks to CNN and states that the banks are not lending or don't want to lend but he does not know why.



1- The reasons or motives maybe based on politics given the fact that the Obama administration has been critical of Wall Street and their bonuses.



2- The Obama administration has also been critical of the banks and wanting them to pay a fee to the tax payer for the help or rescue they received from the tax payer.



3- Not lending slows down the economic recovery and the Republicans have been attempting to slow down the U.S. economic recovery to blame economic hardship on the Democrats.



4- The Obama administration wants to regulate the financial institutions to boost confidence in these institutions and prevent future collapses.



It adds up to conflict between the Wall Street Banks and the Obama administration along with support for the Republicans who helped Wall Street make record profits at the tax payers expense.



A let's get the banks attitude due to their actions is not what is needed but solutions and as Donald Trump, someone familier with making money and economics put it, incentives are needed.
