Mobbing Research: False Allegations and Smear Campaigns [Danny Hunt]

Regardless of how obvious this is a false accusation, the charge, even if found not guilty at a later trial will remain in the police criminal system as "uttered threats towards women";

How are these false allegations and smear campaigns used, imagine another arrest under false allegations where a hostile prosecutor claims;

"In 2004 he claimed to have caused the death of a young girl and in 2011 uttered threats towards women, it is very obvious that he is a threat to society and women your honor."

Note: I was led to believe that I had caused the death of a girl when I was a minor and was not told by law enforcement members on the scene.
