A drunk driving conviction in 2009 would result in eliminating a driving permit linked to mobility and a criminal record would result in being identified as a criminal or of part of the criminal system.[CR]
Two speeding violations are required to impound a vehicle, which did not apply and the red light violation showed location of interception, which is far away, several traffic lights later and on another street. The request for alcohol test paper work would also show the location of interception.
The criminal record, which may be linked to a "fishing expedition" or setup, can be linked to getting someone "dirty" or smear campaigns, which is also part of mobbing in modern society.[CR]
Possible hitting back and obvious corruption linked to psychological negativity and dark sarcasm, which is linked to mobbing in modern society.

2011: The Day of the Arrest, February 21, 2011
- At around noon I was washing the dishes and my neighbor called, she told me she was not home and that a police officer was hiding in her driveway tempo with a camera telling her son to keep driving by, when I went to look out the window one police officer was almost in plain site in the street, looked at me, and headed out of site near the tempo, so they then knew I was home.
- Someone called, I told them to call back later because I want to go find out what was going on, the person identified herself as a police officer and told me the police were there to arrest me and to come out slowly with my hands up.
- A dangerous moment, I stepped outside with my hands up with the phone in my hands and didn't realize that by doing this my cat could escape through the open door, so I gestured to close the door, and the police officers hiding in different locations at my other neighbors house property with their guns aimed at me started to yell not to move, a bad gesture that could have been tragic.
So my life was placed in danger through a false allegation.
2011: Arrested and Imprisoned for a Mobbing Research article

- I was imprisoned for 3 days for this mobbing research article linked to Marc Lepine who seemed to believe that attacking a person's means of subsistence and finances could be linked to rage shooting and rampages and the possibility that Marc Lepine may not be the one who wrote his suicide letter.

- The lawyer I was presented to defend me had the seemings of a hostile prosecutor who said I had no choice but to follow the path of staying in prison for another 30 days under psychiatric evaluation, combined with facial jestures that seemed to be hostile too.
- The lawyer assigned to defend me claimed something like "people who look into or follow murderers like Marc Lepine can be dangerous themselves or mimic them", and that I had no choice but listen to him and the path of 30 more days in prison under psychiatric observation and evaluation.
- After explaining what this was about and what it is I do, and him maintaining his position on his "no choice path of 30 more days in prison under psychiatric evaluation" I dismissed him.
- I was going to present my case to the judge myself.
- I was incarcerated because of a paragraph taken out of context in a mobbing research article.
- I do research on sexual harassment and discrimination, to prevent these, and what causes rage shooting, a paragraph was taken from this article out of context to claim I had threatened women, and to take my computers away without warrant.
- I would have been vulnerable to hostile prison medical community psychiatrists, to lawyers who have the seemings of hostile prosecutors, and no access to the ability to defend myself or access to documents that currently have.
- With hostile prison psychiatric medical members things can go from bad to worse, with them trying to build up a file to claim that you are dangerous, aggressive, violent, and to fit the false allegations.
- Later this same lawyer returned, seemed a bit shaken, explained that he had spoken to my mother and retained service, that I would be freed immediately under some conditions.
Regardless of how obvious this is a false accusation, the charge, even if found not guilty at a later trial will remain in the police criminal system as "ottered threats towards women".

Criminal harassment or mobbing networks that are said not to exist are linked to rage shootings and rampages, which leads to people advocating disarming our population, which makes our population more vulnerable to organized crime and these criminal networks, and subjugation.
Heavy Metals, the use of heavy metals like lead or mercury poisoning by criminal harassment networks or the mob is linked to attacking the brain, serious illness, and psychological integrity.
Low Income Apartment Complex and Lung Cancer Assassination Method
Lung cancer is the #1 killer of men and women.
Portable x-ray units are placed under a person's sleeping area directly below the apartment unit's wood floor for a period of time followed by "blasting" the victim out of his apartment unit with powerful radar, which irritates the lungs.

Assassination Mechanics:
The first assassination attempt deals with the use of suicide factors, depression, sound technology and psychological manipulation, and the voice of Stephan Hardy's as a psychological weapon to bring me "down".
The second and third assassination attempts deal with depleting the body of macrominerals and minerals such as potassium and calcium through high levels of stress, provocation and adrenaline, sleep deprivation, and acid-base imbalance, which is linked to heart disease and stroke, followed by a blast of powerful radiation, microwave (radar) radiation.
Both attempts are hard to prove and prosecute given their invisibility and the required knowledge.

I know for a fact that a person can be pushed to suicide intentionally through planning and psychological manipulation and this should be of great interest to psychiatrists and psychologists, and law enforcement too.

The need to recognize the existence of workplace psychological harassment used to eliminate a person’s means of subsistence and the existence of criminal harassment networks along with their use of technology such as microwave (radar) linked to intimidation, cancer, and the sound technology linked to threats and sleep deprivation.

My experience with microwave technology used for "cleaning" and criminal harassment:

Criminal Harassment Networks
Law enforcement organizations still deny the existence of these criminal harassment networks, which are linked to the use of technology to create false views on reality and torture, torture and false views on reality that can be linked to rage or a rampage, a form of hitting back.

The sound technology is linked to sleep deprivation or torture, criminal harassment, psychological manipulation, and creating false views on reality through the use of voices linked to hitting back.
The possibility linked to the man who shot several women may not be obvious unless you experience sound technology and psychological manipulation, which is very often linked to honor and humiliation. So imagine the voices of women used for criminal harassment and sleep deprivation or toture with a view on reality that these women are trying to subjugate, enslave, or dominate you leading to this person hitting back.
Possible visible signs linked to the use of technology are that victims try to escape these by sleeping somewhere else, I believe Jared Loughner exhibited these signs or pattern.
Last Note:
The first assassination attempt through suicide factors, depression, sound technology and psychological manipulation is only linked to "cleaning" through assassination and homelessness. The view on reality linked to "turn" or "turn over" was not used.
One witness that was given instructions by Dave Dumont RCMP, Mrs. Bedard, has died of cancer.
The use of psychological and criminal harassment, microwave and sound technology, homelessness, PTSD 'making people "yellow"', and cancer by organized crime means organized crime has an interest in suppressing information, solutions, and cures for these.
Criminal harassment networks with links to using homelessness to "clean" and subjugation, rage shootings and rampages, and advocating disarming the population, which makes it more vulnerable to organized crime and subjugation.
