I am the creator and founder of Psychological Harassment Information Association www.psychologicalharassment.org since 2003;
This website is the world leading website on Psychological Harassment and the issues that fall under this topic;
I do research on many of the different issues listed below;
Workplace psychological harassment, bullying, mobbing, sexual harassment, discrimination, and different medical issues such high levels of stress and macromineral deficiencies linked to heart disease and cancer are documented on this website;
Links have been identified with workplace psychological harassment and bullying with rage shootings and rampages;
On February 21, 2011 I was arrested by the Laval Police and incarcerated under the allegation that I had ottered threats towards the female gender;
My computers were confiscated without warrant;
The Laval Police were already familiar with the research I do given the fact that I have distributed it to them and many other organizations;
And they were also familiar with me more recently because I had attempted to file complaints that involved other law enforcement members;
From the events linked to these complaints that I attempted to file, complaints were sent to ministers and human rights organizations;
This paragraph was isolated and pulled from the article to file the allegations;
"Dear Police,
I write this suicide note so that you won't have too, I just want everyone to know that If I commit suicide today or go on a rampage it's not because my means of subsistence have been eliminated and drained by the mob who try to pass themselves off as our society, .... it's because I hate women now .."
This paragraph was simply a parody to illustrate or illuminate an idea, that a possibility exists that Marc Lepine did not write his suicide letter and in his suicide letter Marc Lepine seems to believe that rage shootings and rampages are linked to eliminating a person's means of subsistence, such as workplace psychological harassment;
Workplace psychological harassment and bullying being part of the research I do and identified as being linked to rage shootings and rampages;
The allegation of ottering threats towards women is completely false given the fact that part of the research I do concerns sexual harassment and discrimination;
Another important fact is that the research on this website follows the works and writings of women;
Hans Layman is the founder of Mobbing and conducted research in Sweden in the 80's;
Margaret Thaler Singer PH.D conducted research on cults and wrote papers concerning psychological manipulations used to control people and control systems in the 80's;
Marie-France Hirigoyen, author of Le harcèlement moral launched a debate in France in the year 2000, which led to a law;
So a paragraph taken from a research article that is identified as such was taken to file false allegations that I had ottered threats towards women, I was incarcerated, and my computers were taken away without warrant;
The threat and vulnerability now is that more false allegations or corruption linked to false allegations and smear campaigns that I have also written about, which often involve pedophilia, may happen linked to computers that were already taken under false allegations;

Danny Hunt was imprisoned on February 21, 2011 and released on February 23, 2011 linked to a Mobbing Research article paragraph.
A new law allows for law enforcement organizations to take away a person's computers without warrant, and his computers where taken away.

The voices are using female voices to try to dominate and subjugate me;
Dear Police,

What I find strange about Mark Lepine's suicide letter is that he seems to believe that rage shootings or rampages and suicide are linked to having no more money or homelessness, which he wanted to make sure we did not believe was the cause.

Hitting Back:
- A man blows up an FBI building.
- A man fly's a plane into a government building.
- A man shoots 4 RCMP members.
- A homeless man snowplows a member of the police force.
- A man shoots a member of government.
- A man shoots 9 people at his workplace.
- A man shoots several women at a university.
- The columbine massacre.
I believe that many of these events are linked to workplace psychological harassment, bullying, and criminal harassment or mobbing networks that try to bankrupt or push victims to homelessness, and use sound and microwave technology linked to criminal harassment, intimidation, and cancer.
The sound technology is linked to sleep deprivation, criminal harassment, psychological manipulation, ideation and creating false views on reality through the use of voices, which are linked to hitting back.
The possibility linked to the man who shot several women at a University may not be obvious unless you experience sound technology and psychological manipulation, which is very often linked to honor and humiliation, so imagine the voices of women used for criminal harassment and sleep deprivation or toture with a view on reality that these women are trying to subjugate, enslave, or dominate this person leading to this person hitting back. The resulting deaths are than used by these same criminal harassment or mobbing networks to advocate gun control, which makes our population more vulnerable to organized crime (them) and subjugation.
Visible and Warning Signs:
Possible visible signs linked to the use of technology are that victims try to escape these technologies by sleeping somewhere else, which is also linked to homelessness, and I believe Jared Loughner exhibited these signs or pattern.
Last Note:
I have been watching the news for several years and it has become more obvious to me the attempts to suppress these events possible links to bullying and workplace psychological harassment.
The events linked to criminal harassment or mobbing networks are not as obvious but also becoming more visible.

What I find strange about Mark Lepine's suicide letter is that he seems to believe that rage shootings or rampages and suicide are linked to having no more money or homelessness, which he wanted to make sure we did not believe was the cause.
And eliminating a person's money and pushing a person to homelessness is one of the main objectives by criminal harassment or mobbing networks, the mob.

Rage Shootings and Rampages: The Death of Sgt. Russell and Jared Loughner
When I see rage shootings like Jared Loughner or rampages like this snowplow rampage I wonder if workplace psychological harassment or criminal harassment networks played a role in that tragedy.
Criminal Harassment Networks
Law enforcement organizations still deny the existence of these criminal harassment networks, which are linked to the use of technology to create false views on reality and torture, torture and false views on reality that can be linked to rage or a rampage, a form of hitting back.
One view on reality is that they "clean" the crimes committed by law enforcement members, which can be linked to the denial of their existence.
