Events I Link to a Smear Campaign and Linked to Criminal Records

These are some of the events I link to a smear campaign and links to criminal records.

2004, I was led to the conclusion that I had caused the death of Celine Hardy, the twin sister of Stephan Hardy, by a criminal harassment network and reported this to the Surete du Quebec;

- The Surete du Quebec charged me with criminal mischief knowing I was under the care of a psychiatrist, Dr. Rene Acade, when they claimed she was alive but her brother had ceased to exist;

- I found myself in a position where I had to prove that I had caused the death of Celine Hardy, to be found not guilty;

- Criminal record if found guilty for not proving that I caused the death to Celine Hardy and that she is in fact deceased.

2009, A fishing expedition with an alcohol test by the Repentigny Police and the fabrication of a speeding ticket;

- The prosecutor indicates by radar and so do the documents;

- I question the radar, the judge claims "obviously this was not by radar" .. I dismiss that evidence and find you guilty;

- A positive alcohol test coming out of a club on a Saturday night results in a criminal record.

2011, Allegations of uttering threats towards women on facebook, computers seized without warrant;

- The Laval Police knew who I was as indicated in the complaint since I had provided documents and Christmas cards for the website Psychological Harassment Information Association;

- Recently I had also attempted to file 2 unrelated criminal complaints that involved police members with the Laval Police dept., that they refused to accept.

- more info in the complaint.

Regardless of the fact that I am found not guilty, the Police criminal system indicates,

- "claims to have caused the death of a young girl in 1985"

- "uttered threats towards women in 2011"

Which can influence other future events or allegations and all of these are attempts to induce a criminal record, part of the criminal system or label.

All of these accusations had financial costs too, and I now represent myself to save these costs.
