I would like to inform you that I have already tried and still currently waiting to address an issue that involves what I believe to have been a fishing expedition by the Repentigny Police dept. with an alcohol test, which is linked to a criminal record and can be linked to a smearing campaign because of this criminal record link, and the fabrication of a speeding ticket.



The Current Issue and Complaint

As mentioned in the complaint these allegations are completely false and I believe these allegations were used among other reasons to justify the seizure of my computers without warrant by the Laval Police dept., which makes me vulnerable to more false allegations or corruption;

After the discussion with the prosecutor Me Jonathan Boivin in which I indicated that I had provided the articles in question with the court motion;

There was no need to search my computers for evidence that is provided by me and on CNN iReports servers with a video of me posting this article on facebook;

Me Jonathan Boivin indicated that he would need to speak to Inspector Emily Bouchard of the Laval Police dept.;

When I called Inspector Emily Bouchard again on this day her message indicated that she would be back on March 23;

And I believe sudden absences, vacations, and change in staff are liked to a pattern of delay tactics and corruption;

And to search the computers linked to allegations when it has been made clear that they have no reason or justification for doing so;

And may have believed that they would have more time for doing so;

With these events, past events, and facts I am convinced that I am currently the victim of a smear campaign, which are linked to obvious false allegations to seize computers, which makes me vulnerable to more;

With the articles in question printed and provided by me, along with a web url to the CNN iReport article in question dated February 21, 2011 the day of the arrest;

Which contains a video of me posting this article on facebook;

I would like these delays, which could be linked to continued searching, a fishing expedition, a violation of my privacy, access to my private information, to passwords and financial information, a continued smear campaign, and that makes me vulnerable to corruption and hostile Police members, which can be linked to the past events mentioned in the complaint, to stop;

I would like my computers and hardware to be returned immediately.
