The Quebec Mob is using sound and microwave technology linked to cancer for criminal harassment and to induce illness.

The strategy to prevent exposure and prevent victims from leaving their countries when authorities or law enforcement organizations are "dirty", which requires the mob to "clean" them, seems to be to;

- trap victims in homelessness by eliminating their means of subsistence,
- criminal records through corruption resulting in travel restrictions,
- trapping them through illness such as cancer to make them vulnerable to hostile or mob medical community members.
