MOTION TO RESCHEDULE PROCEEDING FOR 540-38-003568-115 LINKED TO 540-01-048499-118 AND A MOBBING RESEARCH ARTICLE CNN IREPORTS
(article 111 du Code Criminelle)
TO ONE OF THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE COURT OF QUEBEC, CHAMBRE CRIMINELLE ET PENALE, IN THE DISTRICT OF LAVAL, THE APPLICANT PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING:
1.On February 23, 2011, the services of Me Yves Poulin were rejected when he advised me that I had no choice but to follow his path of remaining in prison for 30 more days under psychiatric evaluation;
2.I am the founder of Psychological Harassment Information Association since 2003 and do research on workplace psychological harassment, mobbing, a criminal harassment network, health issues, and other related issues;

4.The allegations concern a Mobbing Research article published on February 21, 2011 on CNN iReports, which also contains a video of me posting this article for discussion on facebook;
5.The paragraph used to bring these allegations was taken from this article called; [1]

6.A paragraph was taken out of context from the rest of the article, and this paragraph is simply a parody to illustrate or illuminate an idea, Marc Lepine may not have written his suicide note and seemed to believe that eliminating a person's means of subsistence similar to workplace psychological harassment may be linked to rage shootings or rampages; [1]
"'Dear Police,
I write this suicide note so that you won't have too, I just want everyone to know that If I commit suicide today or go on a rampage it's not because my means of subsistence have been eliminated and drained by the mob who try to pass themselves off as our society, .... it's because I hate women now ..' - allegations from this paragraph

What I find strange about Mark Lepine's suicide letter is that he seems to believe that rage shootings or rampages and suicide are linked to having no more money or homelessness, which he wanted to make sure we did not believe was the cause." [1]
7.The psychiatrist Marie-France Hirigoyen states that a strategy or intent exists that may be linked to rage shootings; [2]

"According to Marie-France Hirigoyen the intent of many emotional abusers is to systematically "destabilize" and confuse their victims (with irrational, threatening behavior that preys on the victim's fears and self-doubts), to isolate and control them and ultimately to destroy their identity, and often emotional abuse builds over a long period of time until it becomes so unbearable that victims lash out in frustration and anger aka hitting back, only to appear unstable and aggressive themselves, which could be linked to or the cause of rage shooting and rampages." 9.I believe these allegations are part of a smear campaign that I have attempted to address with the Minister of Public Security and my Elected member of Parliament Guy Oulette in Chomedey Laval in the past before these allegations of February 21, 2011; [4]
10.I see this allegation of "uttering threats towards women on facebook" linked to mobbing research, rage shootings, and Marc Lepine to be a form of suppression and defamation, this article illustrates what I think of women; [5]

11.On March 9, 2011, I intended to present a motion to recover my computers that provided these article in question to support my motion, which also happens to be the prosecutors proof;
12.This motion was rescheduled to 15 days, April 12, 2011, to fit the demands of the prosecutor;
13.On March 10, 2011, I informed the prosecutor that the articles provided in support of my motion were also his proof, therefor further confiscation of my computers would not be necessary;
14.On March 10, 2011, the Laval Police detective left for a vacation, which led to a complaint to the Quebec Police Ethics Commissioner on March12, 2011; [6]
15.I now believe I see a form of strategy along with the possible delay tactics that I noted in the complaint to the Quebec Police Ethics Commissioner on the part of the Laval Police dept., which involves false allegations to seize computers without warrant, rescheduling my motion of March 9, 2011 that provided the proof that this was a research article and also happens to be the prosecutors proof to regain possession of my computers and demonstrate that these are false allegations to April 12, 2011, a sudden departure by the Laval Police detective for vacation on March 10, 2011, followed by her acknowledgement of the articles provided in support of the motion on her return on March 23, 2011 and a motion for fire arms restriction on April 6, 2011 to give the seizure of my computers a form of validation from a Judge, to possibly proceed with what ever other allegations was planned for;
Strategy,
seize computers without warrant under false allegations,
followed by a demand for fire arms restrictions to give a form of validation to the seizure of computers without warrant from the Judge and court,
I believe this type of possible strategy and behaviour on the part of law enforcement members and a legal system would be part of a civil rights violations;
16.On February 21, 2011 I was in the process of empting my apartment to release it for rent by other tenants for the month of March, and now for the month of April, and this new motion for April 6, 2011 combined with my limited abilities linked to high levels of sleep deprivation has also slowed and delayed this process resulting in financial loss;
17.I request a rescheduling and more time to look into the legal implications of this document and obtain legal council, to reduce the negative effects on my health, and to avoid unnecessary financial costs and loss;
18.The motion of March 9, 2011 rescheduled for 15 days to April 12, 2011 may result in no more need to proceed with these allegations and financial costs;
19.I request that this motion 540-38-003568-115 be rescheduled for May 12, 2011;
20.I have no criminal record or past allegations of violence;
21.I do not have a license for fire arms, I do not own fire arms, and my parents where I currently reside do not have a licences for fire arms, and do not own fire arms either;
22.The court conditions already provide for the following, "having in my possession or and carrying, for any purpose whatsoever, offensive or restricted-use weapons or limitation weapons, including starter pistols and pellet pistols, firearms, cross-bows, prohibited weapons, restricted weapons, prohibited devices, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substances, knives (except in restaurants and for lawful purposes) and edged weapons."
23.This is Mobbing Research article and I do research on Mobbing;
I would like the court and the Laval Police dept. to note the following;
24.I have provide information for the past few years from my web site to different law enforcement organizations that includes the Laval Police dept., this article is an example of this fact;

25.I had provided documents to the Laval Police dept. from my web site Psychological Harassment Information Association in the past, Asst. Director Jean Simard stated the document were good and would distribute them, and as a result of a request to speak to Martin Metivier of Psycho-Laval by PDQ 5 when I attempted to file a criminal complaint, I explained to Martin Metivier what the web site was about.
The Laval Police dept. knew who I was and knew that I do research on workplace psychological harassment and mobbing;
26.I was in the process of addressing different issues linked to human rights violations and the Laval Police dept. for refusing to accept criminal complaints because they involve other law enforcement members, the disappearance of people in our society, notably Stephan Hardy who ceased to exist in 2004 according to the Surete du Quebec resulting in a charge of criminal mischief and Dave Dumont a former RCMP member who the RCMP claim they do not know, the possible fabrication of a speeding ticket following a possible fishing expedition with an alcohol test that would result in a criminal record if found positive, with the Minister of Public Security and my elected member of Parliament before proceeding to address these human rights violations at the international level with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, OHCHR, before these false allegations linked to a Mobbing Research article happened on February 21, 2011; [7]
These different events are also part of the research I do on Mobbing or what I have named Mobbing in Modern Society, mobbing linked to people uniting, the mob, to persecute a person, and mobbing in modern society is linked to the use of smear campaigns, technology, cancer, and homelessness by the mob, and which involves different forms of attacks with different resulting effects on a victims psychological states such as negativity or dark sarcasm, dark sarcasm is a suicide factor, and eliminating or draining a person's finances, such as workplace psychological harassment and different forms of crime or corruption;

27.I have an appointment with my treating psychiatrist as requested by the court on April 4, 2011;
28.This motion is well founded in facts and law.
FOR THESE MOTIVES, MAY IT PLEASE THE COURT:
RECEIVE the present motion;
GRANT the rescheduling of this motion 540-38-003568-115 to May 12, 2011 to allow just and fair proceedings;
DROP THE CHARGES, ALLEGATIONS, AND PROCEEDINGS if the judge sees fit and just to do so;
RENDER judgement in accordance to the demands of justice;
THE WHOLE without costs.
